We feel as if this review you have left is unfair and not the complete truth. We value our customers and keep them our first priority under any circumstances.
Our company has been in the tyre industry for several years and have built a strong reputation within the city. Under no circumstances can we allow someone to tarnish that.
You claimed that our tyre fitter only fitted one of the 4 or 5 wheel studs and randomly decided to put the remaining studs back into your empty wheel stud box....I will leave that to everyone's imagination as to why would our tyre fitter do that whom by the way has been working with us for many years and is well experienced with this job.
Please note that if only one stud was fitted on, then you would not have been able to drive out of our premises without the wheel coming off and snapping that one stud which you have claimed was the only stud fitted on.
Moving on, we understand and strongly agree with you that whatever the reason may be as to why one of the two rear wheels fitted on came off, your life is much more valuable and are pleased that you are unharmed from that incidence.
When you arrived the following day, out of goodwill gesture we agreed to pay for the damage and we agreed upon a date which we can get all the repair work completed to which you failed to appear twice.
A full refund of £80 was handed to back to you and yes we agreed to put the old worn tyres back on as you had no faith left in us, I would have done the same.
Please note, due to Mr Qureshi not liking the quality of the original tyre size we had in stock, we changed the tyre size on both rear wheel tyres, to a quality you liked.
We keep over 9 thousand tyres in stock and had misplaced the badly worn tyres which came off from your car. We get our tyres uplifted for recycling every few days however kindly accept our apologies. Fitted a like for like tyre and making sure it was the original tyre size back onto your vehicle with your confirmation. As to why we would sell your badly worn tyres underhand, especially when we have over 40 tyres of that size in stock, which you have seen, amazes us. Nobody will buy badly worn tyres, that's why you were changing them in the first place. Yet again I would leave that to everyone's imagination.
After booking your car in for repairs the second time, as you did not show up, we received a text message by you saying that you are selling the car and rather not have repairs done (a scratch along the entire inner rim and a few bumper scratches and dents). But would like a full car polish (we presume on another one of your car) or would like 2 months of free car washes, as to how that works we have no idea as we are a tyre fitting centre and not a car wash.
In regards with trading standards and getting us sued, please check upon your legal rights and as we are well aware of ours. The law says you must first give them the option of providing the service again if it’s possible for them to do so. But you’re legally entitled to go straight to getting a discount.
We gave a FULL refund, we changed the tyres again, we also booked you in for repairs TWICE which you failed to show up.
Even though its not our fault in the first place, we still went the length to please you since we value customers. We can not go any further than this.
Now we have received a Facebook review under your original name Rameez Qureshi and the exact same review has been left on google under the name Alan Wilson. We are led to believe that the name used as Mr Wilson is fake.
Thank you and apologies if you feel unhappy with our service. But this is where it ends

Im sure you can understand that mistakes can happen in business and if they do, then they should be rectified immediatley! The staff at H&H resolved the issue straight away soon as it was brought to the managements attention of one of our tyre changers behavior.
We appreciate how you noticed the tyres looked different than usual. The staff inspected and realised the tyre size was wrong. The senior manager and myself came to rectify the mistake made from one of our tyre changer. We wanted to cause as little as inconvenience to you as possible and to make sure second time the job was done 100% correctly!
We make our customers our priority as they are the biggest reason why businesses worldwide are still operating.

V. M.If you are looking for good quality part worn tyres, this is the best place in Glasgow. Just phone them or walk in to confirm the size availability, but not having the size would be a very rare case. Walk-in, swap tyres and walk out, very professional and fast service for very reasonable price.
