Called into the garage yesterday - we had not booked in, place was busy however centre manager Graeme, could not have been any more helpful, replaced the two rear tyres on our BMW & we also took his advice & had the cars tracking carried out - First class customer service.

Team Protyre were ready and waiting for my arrival as I had phoned several days in advance to book my slot. I got professional advice on the state of my tyres and agreed to have 3 new tyres. I was also advised that my car required tracking and wheel alignment and agreed for all the work to be carried out. I have used Prestige Tyres many times before so was assured of a professional job and was happy with the result. Professionals like Ghost busters! haha The job - wheel aliment and front axle wheel balance in A5 - meant to last an hr. Two guys hop out the cabin and complete the job in 25 !! cheaper than quoted!!!. At the end offered hot beverage. 5* review. Any problems? Who you goin' to call?? No ghost busters. Excellent service from start to finish. As soon as I arrived I was approached by a staff member and was showed to the waiting area. My car tyre was changed quickly and I was in and out in no time. I ordered a tyre via Asda tyres site and made a pigs ear of the date for fitting,I turned up a day early and was going to leave the alloy and pick up following day as I had short notice work issue,the chap asked my details and said tyre was already there and he would fit on the spot,so fitted balanced in 10 mins even though I was full day early,would go back next time I need tyres great service.

Prestige tyres then & now with new ownership has not changed one bit....Paul & Graeme have been nothing short of fantastic on our last visit there, very courteous & polite & the service is a lot better than previous owner who I found abrupt at times & aggressive! Been going here with my commercial and private vehicles for years, and glad to see that the new proprietor has followed on with the most excellent services and prices. You can get almost everything from budget to hi performance and seasonal tyres. There's never been any hard selling it's an honest " you'll get what you pay for" approach. They swiftly changed the contact protocol in line with safe distancing for COVID-19 so the only thing that's gone down is the banter but just like Arnie that'll be back. I used to stay in Busby but now it's an hours drive Yup they are worth the travel I wouldn't go anywhere else. 2020 Update...... line up you wobbly wheeled rubber shredding victims.....Prestige will be offering a wheel tracking service in September. You know it makes sense.

Great place! Also it was the First time I’ve been called sir in a tyre shop. I went in at 4:25 pm on a Friday as I had a screw in tyre. The repair the work was all finished and I was back out the garage in 18 minutes. Superb!

I have been going to Prestige Tyres for around 10 years for tyres. Always had really good service from the guys there - good advice, no nonsense, and easy to deal with. Most impressed with the times where I have had issues that aren't directly with the tyres themselves. I have been in twice in the last couple of months, the first time they identified the fault was with a leaking valve, and the second time they did their best to repair a damaged steel wheel rim that was causing a slow leak. They never took money on either occasion, and it's this kind of service that differentiates them, and will keep me coming back.

Always get my tyres from here as you can just drive up without an appointment and they will take you. Very quick at getting your tyres changed and reasonably priced as well. If they don't have what you are after tyre wise they will order it in for you which only takes a couple of days. Staff are lovely and very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my tyres.
