J. G.Chris and his team are great guys. I'll often recommend Chris and travel here to get the job done properly. Been doing this for 25 years. I must say though, I was recently a little disappointed with some prices and details given to me over the phone. I know materials are getting expensive, but a local garage proved more sensibly and competitively priced in this instance. Perhaps it was the 205-50-15 size but a 'Nankang' doesn't sound appealing @ £100 ea, especially when we both didn't know where they're from.
R. S.Absolutely excellent service. I needed two new tyres on my work van and at the same time I took my motorbike wheels in with some new tyres I had purchased online. I arrived early for my appointment but that was no problem for them. They got my van in straight away and whilst the van was being done the bike wheels were done at the same time. I was looking for a business that could do the bike wheels without damaging them. I was recommended to Chris’s business and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done. Along with a very fair price for the work and supply of the van tyres the customer service given was some of the best I’ve received. I highly recommend these guys.

Chris's guys fixed the problem (4 wheel tracking) and my Beemer drove perfectly afterwards and I got really high mileage out of a new set of tyres I had to get. The tyre prices are fair and the service is excellent, staff being very well trained, professional and courteous. P. S.I can't recommend Chris and his team enough. I took my car in at short notice as the exhaust had broken. He was fully booked for the whole weekend which meant I would have missed my holiday. He pulled out all the stops to fit me in. Chris always does his best to provide the most competitive prices too. Excellent.

s. o.I’m the sort of person who doesn’t normally divert from my usual reliable mechanic / garage but due to circumstances I had no choice and had to look for another specialist. I stumbled across Chris Mullins tyres on google and read the reviews, which filled me with confidence. I desperately needed 4 wheel alignment on my MR2 after having a new rear crossmember & lowering springs fitted so I gave them a call. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly polite and managed to find me a slot. When I arrived the premises was in great order and appeared professional. Also, the business was in a great location with plenty of parking. At the counter the staff were amazing and very welcoming. The work was complete within the estimated time and the car feels and drives like a dream. It was a great experience without any additional sales being forced ie I went in and received what I asked for, no pressure to buy tyres or brakes or exhaust. I’d highly recommend this place and I will be going there again in the future - Thank you!

P. R.This was our second visit to Chris Mullins and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We arrived early and were seen about 15 minutes before our due time. We were advised of the problem and offered the choice of repair if possible or replacement . The other tyres were inspected too and we were advised they didn’t need attention as they were safe and would pass the imminent MOT. In the end the problem tyre was repaired and the whole visit cost less than £20. Fantastic customer service, an attention to detail and a mission to save the customer unnecessary cost all done in a timely , efficient, polite and friendly manner. Prices are very competitive, stock is plentiful and next day orders are a daily occurrence if they don't have it there and then, facilities are also second to none with refreshments & entertainment suited for all ages when waiting!

D. T.I've been going to Chris for several years, always good service at cheap prices. Yesterday, I went in after a warning light came on, needing my tyres checked, and also a wheel alignment for good measure. I didn't realise they were only working on appointments due to COVID, but Chris (how often do you see a company director working on reception, leading their business from the front!) said it was no problem. Not only that, but they needed to keep the car so he gave me a courtesy car. It's not automatic to get a courtesy car from your insurer when your vehicle is repaired these days: I've never had one from a tyre replacement firm. Couple of hours later, all sorted, and they didn't charge for checking the tyres, only the wheel alignment. Remarkable service. I woudn't go anywhere else.

N. H.Chris mullins saved the day for me as I had an issue with my front tyre i wasn't sure if i had a puncture or not. So I was at proper Job at eastern avenue and I noticed that my front tyre was soft to touch so I managed to ride home safely as I am a member of the AA I rang them the AA man came out poured water over my front tyre to see if I had a puncture. Nothing so he told me to go to Chris mullins and he was open as the other motorcycle shops were closed. Any way Job done new front wheel on absolutely brilliant.

The reception area at the depot was a bright wide open space with plenty of seating, teas, coffees and reading materials. What is more it was very clean and didn't look as if the engineers spent their tea breaks in there.
I came in with a tyre suffering from a slow leakage. I was told they could get it on the ramp in 20 minutes and be fixed within 30minutes. The fact is I was out with tyre fixed within half an hour.
Excellent and competent service at a reasonable price - thoroughly recommended.

N.Visited for a four wheel alignment. Good price and the car drives so much better now. Steering is straight and it doesn't have the tendency to drift one way or the other that it had before.

P. S.Will always use these guys for tyres , national tyres tried ripping me of saying my tyre was not repairable and wanted £325 to replace the tyre. Chris mullens pulled the screw out of the tread block and plugged for £26.
C. C.I went here to replace a set of tyres after a puncture. Really helpful staff were able to find the right tyres and hold them for when I arrived, and the process was done within the hour. There is a decent waiting area with a TV, kids' area and vending machine.

F.Don't bother going anywhere else, he is always the fastest, cheapest most professional service in the shires. Especially good with motorcycles as they don't rest the chain on the swinging-arm. All our cars and bikes will only go here!
