Great service… had a puncture, I had already put on my space saver wheel, they fixed the puncture, re-fitted the wheel, stowed the spare, checked all wheels for the correct tyre pressures and sent me on my way.

The guys at Malvern Tyres are true experts. I had taken my car to Kwik Fit and called the RAC because I had a constantly leaking tyre. Neither could find a problem with it. The RAC told me to put Tyre Weld in it (this did keep me going for a while) but I could never relax – it never quite felt safe. I had a long journey ahead and needed to get it sorted for peace of mind. My local garage, Hucclecote Servicing Centre, recommended Martyn at Malvern and I called them for a price. Not only are their prices competitive, but the service is professional, friendly and expert. When taking my tyre off the vehicle, they realised the problem was actually a crack in the wheel rim. They recommended an expert welder and I booked the car in for the following week. Having picked the car up with a welded wheel rim and a replacement tyre I couldn't be happier. I will always use Malvern in the future. One point that's worth mentioning: when I first called I just couldn't get through on the phone, time and time again. That initially put me off but I kept trying and I'm glad I did. Don't be put off if they’re slow answering the phones – reception always seems busy

Popped in tonight due to an almost flat tyre when leaving work. Went to Malvern Tyres on Priory Road on the recommendation of my Indy servicing garage. Got there about quarter past 4 and they fitted me in. Found no fault, possible faulty valve but put back together and seemed okay. Never used before but will use again in the future. I am really amazed that I am taking time to review a tyre company but when you have such a great and consistent experience (third time I have used Malvern) I thought it was worth the effort. All the guys (and I mean all of them) are really helpful, attentive, fast and very approachable and friendly. In a time where service has kind of been forgotten, its a real pleasure to spend your money with a company that is so nice to deal with. You know what else is great, apart from the really competitive price, the fact that the owner respects the team and shuts on Sunday and they are clearly a supporter of local charities such as the Pied Piper Appeal. Really fast and friendly service. I don't know anything about cars and sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed or like I might be cheated when I go to garage but the guys here were so friendly, explained everything to me, offered me a range of choices at different price points and definitely didn't feel like they were going for the hard sell for any of the expensive options. Rang all the local garages and the only one that had one for my 30 year old motorhome was Malvern. They fitted me in as soon as I got there and I was away in half an hour... Malvern tyres is hidden behind the trees. I'd taken this photo because it is where the old St Catherine's school was situated - I attended there in my childhood. Malvern tyres did a great job fitting new rubber on my car whilst I had a nostalgic wander around!

Had a double puncture tonight at 5pm and although I was 30 miles away from Gloucester Shaun at the Priory Road Gloucester branch (which I have visited before) took control on my behalf and contacted the nearest branch and arranged for their mobile workshop to come to me and replace both tyres. What can I say, The usual way of getting tyres normally goes like this,, I go to a place, they tell me a price which is far to high, I go to another place, their price comes down a little, I then return to the first place and get a even cheaper offer, which I accept, I am really happy to say, this doesnt happen with Malvern Tyres, I walked in ,asked for 2 front tyres and I got a excellent price, But this would be good enough and a good end to the story for a 5 star rating, BUT therre is something that needs to be mentioned, The person on reception, I can honestly say he is a seriously nice chap, I felt at ease with him, and his customer service is truly exceptional, I say the place was busy but he make time for a little small talk, In this world today, that is sorely missing, I dont like to put names on here, But to you Sir on reception, keep on being awesome ! To head office I would say this person is a credit to your company, and to the chap, keep happy, you really did brighten our day.
