S. H.Dropped in with a faulty tyre valve. Every single member of staff we spoke too were so friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely go there for any new tyres.

R. H.We've had generally good experience with National but just recently, since the move to being part of Halfords, the service hasn't been as good.
Went in to get two new tyres, which unfortunately weren't available for same day fitting.
Arranged to return two days later where unfortunately the tyres hadn't arrived. Tried again next day and still no tyres. Interestingly, got a slightly different story on what the issue with delivery was.
In the end, I visited a different garage with better availability as the new tyres were needed urgently.
I'd give the benefit of the doubt here as it did seem to be as a result of moving to Halfords system and the guys were apologetic. Just disappointing I wasn't informed sooner that getting the tyres would be problematic and they were unlikely to be delivered to the timescale I was originally told.
