Fantastic service by these chaps. I drove from Birmingham after seeing the quality of their rims online. The price was a fraction of the costs for BMW alloys. Within a few hours they had transformed the look of my car. They even part exchanged my existing alloy wheels, saving me the headache of selling them on eBay. The service was so impressive that I returned two weeks later and had my callipers sprayed in M Sport blue. Keep up the good work guys!

What can I say about these guys! These guys live and love what they do, their passion for cars and doing a great job is so anuntent, they’re also great at what they do! What can i say, just brilliant and friendly service. Came by late morning on Saturday bank holiday weekend to look at upgrading my alloys on my BMW. They took their time with me to choose the right alloys and show them fitted on before finally choosing the rims. To top off the service even more, other staff gave their advice which was brilliant and being short staffed on weekend, they were still able to fit me in to have same day fitting of the alloys and brand new tyres. After having some bad experience with a few garages in Malvern 🙈 I was recommended next wheels and tyres in Gloucester so thought I would give them a try. Wow I certainly wasn't disappointed they have the friendliest staff I have ever met, competitive prices, family run business, reliable service to the point they had already ordered the stuff I needed doing in and it was ready and waiting then they found out I needed something else doing and got the items there and put on my car all within the time they had given me it would take so that was a bonus. A special added bonus for me was and I loved 💯 was that I was sat in comfort on their 2 seater sofa that I could of actually fell asleep on 🙈 (they do have a 3 seater as well but didn't want to be greedy 🤣) I was able to get some paperwork done in comfort. Had my wheels refurbished at next wheels and tyres. Heard allot about these guys and i traveled from worcester. All four wheels were badly kerbed and had buckles in them. They repaired it all and also welded one of the wheels. Got 2 new tyres and four wheel tracking done to. These guys absolutley smashed it. Use of loan wheels was also good as i use my car daily. Having owned my vehicle for almost 3 years I have always had an issue with it trailing left. I have had multiple wheel alignments’ in multiple locations and sometimes paying upwards of £60+ for a 4 wheel alignment. This isn't the first time I've used Next Wheels and Tyres as I have previously bought off their Ebay shop for my premium part worn tyres. However, it is the first time I've visited their garage in Gloucester which isn't local however after reading their reviews especially around the praise they received for wheel alignment it was a no brainer for me to travel there and get my alignment done! (which was totally worth it!). With their advanced 3D laser wheel alignment equipment compared to standard garages and a full before/after print out of the wheel alignment data - it really made me feel confident that the job they carried out was successful. It wasn't until I drove back to my home town on the motorway i had noticed how straight my car was tracking! I honestly can't remember the last time my car was actually tracking perfectly straight and wasn't steering to the left. After being to over 5 different garages including the big national companies for example A.T.S and Halfords I must say this company has done the best job possible considering the age of my car. Thank you to the team at Next Wheels & Tyres for finally being a garage that get it right the first time, with the intention of giving honest and great customer service. I will not be going elsewhere but here for my vehicle needs! Whether that's for tyres, alloy refurb or servicing. They can do it all!

Top man, Faz. You wouldn't let my partner waste silly money on some new wheels for the Mitsubishi Outlander when all he needed was the old ones refurbished - in gunmetal. Just over a day to do the job, and you rented him a Fiesta to take home while you were doing the job, for a very reasonable £10 a day. Exceptional value for money. Should have done it earlier.

Today i had a booking at Halfords for a puncture repair, after bringing my baby boy out in the rain and getting there, they told me they didn’t have the space and wouldn’t do the job! I rang Next Wheels and Tyres on the hope they would be able to fit me in, and they said no problem come down straight away. They got me in, were so kind, took me and my son into a lovely waiting room and even offered to put the tele on cartoons whilst we waited! I ended up needing a new tyre which they offered a part worn one for a much cheaper price! Its so nice to be offered genuine advice and not just told to go with the most expensive! I spent a long time trying to find somewhere that I felt I could trust to fit 4 new tyres to recently refurbed diamond cut rims after bad experiences at other places, and am pleased to say did a great job! I've been to Next Wheels & Tyres several times lately, I had a problem with a persistently deflating tyre (broken valve). Az and his team are so friendly and honest, and they went above and beyond to help me, fixing the problem and giving me good advice throughout. Had a query over my tyres, made a quick call with a totally professional gentleman who said bring it down and we will have a look for you to be on the safe side. Took car down, waited 30 seconds, man checked the car all over and confirmed that I deffo needed 2 tyres. How long do I have to wait I asked. WE WILL DO IT NOW was the response. They changed the 2 tyres and even changed the wheels around so the new ones where a pair. They shown me the top of the range 3D tracking wheel alignment while they completed it. So I ended up getting a flat tyre and managed to just about make it to the garage. I asked if it was possible to replace my tyre there and then so I could make it home. The response was MAGICAL! My tyre was replaced within 20 minutes and it only cost me £26 for part worn. The STAFF were POLITE, HAPPY and SUPER HELPFUL.
