Used this place for a number of years now and I knew they were good but they passed expectations today!! Had to have 2 new tyres fitted on the alloys of my van and the nuts had rusted and wheel wouldn’t come off. Locking nut thread knackered but left the van with them and they managed to resolve it after a few hours and didn’t charge me any extra! Tyres were a great price and such an honest set off people!! Can’t thank you enough!!!

All the staff are an exemplary family unit bar none, they go above and beyond being a reliable tyre supplier, mot station, they have an extensive knowledge of motors, and will help, advise, fix and call you if something isn't quite right, like my mum (78) was confused one time so they rang me and told me of their concerns for her, with their help and thoughtfulness mum got home safely, 5000 stars isn't enough, the review only let's me give 5 stars, well and truly earned by BUDGET TYRES 👍👏🥇🏆

I got2 tyres a few days ago . The next day I cleaned the soap off them and found they are winter tyres. So I rang them and the man said all our part worn tyres are winter tyres. They should inform there customers and let them make the decision if they want them or not. I would not have bought them if I had known. I think you should display a notice saying this. All the staff where friendly and efficient. It's a shame they arel let down by not informing people

Popped in out of the blue after picking up a big bit of debris on the road - a key of all things! Wonderful service from the guys here, had a brand new tyre fitted with a lifetime warranty in less than 20 minutes. The garage is a little bit out of the way so I confess I probably wouldn’t have ever visited had it not been an emergency, but if you’re looking for a friendly and reasonably priced garage you can’t go wrong here. The MOT bays seemed busy while I was waiting and a busy garage is normally a good one.

This is customer service folks!!!! Rang yesterday for 4 tyres - only 3 in stock but they would order the fourth and get it today. Rang me earlier than expected to confirm the tyre had arrived. I popped round, wheels off, new tyres on and on the way home within the hour. All wheels balanced and CLEANED, which has never happened anywhere before. Had a quick spin at speed and the balancing is absolutely perfect - and all at a very reasonable price. This is the place to go for your tyre problems people - give them a ring they are very nice guys to deal with!!

I used Budget Tyres for the first time today and needless to say they've earned themselves a customer for life! Their customer service is absolutely out of this world! My work van had a punctured back tyre and a bald front tyre, I took it to another local tyre shop whom advised me the puncture could not be repaired and the tyres required were 'specialist tyres' and quoted me an absolutely eye watering price! I did a bit of ringing around then a friend recommended Budget Tyres so I tried them, right from the initial phone call they have been polite, professional and most importantly honest!! I took my van in and they repaired my "unrepairable" puncture and replaced the front tyre for a better price than I was quoted from any of the other companies I contacted! a lot of businesses will try to rip you off with things like this but not Budget Tyres, a warm welcome and a quality job for a honest price, what more can you ask for? I'll be supporting this business from now on and recommending them to absolutely everyone.
