OK, good prices, clean & professional looking workshop but I was a bit concerned with their professionalism when I saw them drive my car up on small blocks of wood to get their jacks under. (My car hasn't been lowered, it's on the stock suspension setup) I was a bit surprised by that approach. The second time that I visited they forgot to give me back the key for the locking wheel nuts so had to drive back for it. Easy mistake, leaving it in the mechanic's pocket but again, I expected better!

My experience was great! I took my car to a garage before coming here who told me I needed to replace parts before carrying out the work, I brought my car to Formula 1 for a second opinion, where they carried out the work immediately without second guessing. I was straight on the ramp, they told me the parts didn’t seem to bad, little bit seized but nothing that can’t be sorted. The work was carried out and I was on my way. The staff are friendly, well presented, as well as the waiting room. Prices where reasonable and even had the car brought round to me once they had finished the work.

Took my family to The Deep in Hull but when i was leaving I saw a warning light on my dash. Id hit a pothole in the way and things didn’t feel great. I found this garage and couldn't have had a better experience. The staff seemed very attentive and managed to fit me in even though they seemed exceptionally busy. After an excellent cup of tea, my tyre was replaced at a reasonable cost they also checked the tracking and balancing to make sure everything was in order. After bad experiences previously with car garages, this one was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend 5*

The guys at Formula One really helped me out with some car issues I was having. They were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the parts and fix the problems, in a professional and efficient manner. I would honestly really recommend this garage. Had my mot done last week was in and out in no time. Workshop and waiting area was clean and staff were so helpful when my car failed with getting parts and repairing in a timely manner. Liam the assistant manager and zack gave incredible customer service today as I had an oil problem with my mini cooper. Both explained everything clearly and were very helpful, always my go to garage and look forward to my next visit.

Quick call to see if I could have a puncture repair, “just pop in” said Mat. Called in 30 mins later. Straight in. Both Mat and another chap working alongside him were faultless. Polite, no fuss and tyre repaired quickly. Can’t complain for a Sunday. 👍

My regular garage was closed, so I thought I would give this garage a try, plus I forgot my mot and I past the renewal date, Graham fitted me in that same day, they also gave my mondeo a service, really honest guy, who called me 3 times to let me know how things where going. Superb service.
