I've been here twice with last minute problems - a flat battery last year and today after having my windscreen wiper broken off by presumably a passerby. Both times the staff have been friendly, the service has been quick, and I've only ever gone to them after ringing around looking for low prices. Very impressed with HiQ and will return. Don't forget change (30p) for a brew if you're waiting!

Brilliant place, very friendly staff and don't do work just to make a buck. Nov 2016 I took the car in for it's MOT, they thought that two tires needed changing, MOT passed no need to change the tires. Same tires this year and it passed again. Told me after the MOT they may need changing in a few months. Cannot get fairer than that! I also get my services done there, again only charge for work that needs doing..

(Update review) I did the wheel alignment in HIQ but i felt that the car is still unstable on the road . I decided to check it in another tyre shop and I went to A1 tyre and re-check the alignment there. I have been informed that the alignment is 100% fine and there is no problem in the wheel alignment. However there is still lose in steering wheel but I believe it's mechanical problem . Sorry for my previous review. 5 star for HIQ.

Amazing service!!!! After my daughter had a accident on her way to work causing some damage to her mini , I contacted hiq on spring bank hull . They couldn't do enough to help and had her car back on the road in no time . And it didn't cost as much as I thought it would. Big thank you to john and his team .
