C. T.Super happy about the service. Went in for a possible slow puncture (rear left), luckily the nail didn't fully penetrate the tyre. However my guy went above and beyond noticing the front left tyre was flatting slightly. Took it off and replaced a leaking valve. Sent us on our way with no charge whatsoever. Definitely recommend.

K. F.Went yesterday to Hull East branch to have a tyre replaced as it came up as an advisory on my MOT. Also was having issues with squealing from same tyre. MOT centre suggested a tracking issue.
All staff were fantastic, from the initial phone call onwards. They explained clearly how the process works with coronavirus regulations, I'd been given all my price options beforehand too. They cleaned my car door with antibac when they'd finished, car seat and steering wheel were covered when they were using it. They checked balance and tracking, explained the tracking was very fractionally out, but not enough to be causing problems. They had very useful advice about the possible causes of the squealing, starting with the tyre had just had it's day onwards, finally stating that I simply give it a week and if it's still squealing to come back and they'll recheck everything.
They wiped clean the card payment machine before I used it.
It's the second time I've used Savoy in the past year and find that I'm comfortable and confident in how they are with advising the public. They won't do and charge for work they deem unnecessary (like my tracking). All the staff are courteous and communicate well. I will be back next time I need work done!

P. J.Good professional service. These people do NOT rip you off. They only recommend the work that is required. New tyres? These guys will tell you if you've still got good mileage on your existing tyres, they won't sell you tyres you don't yet need.

M. F.Savoy repaired my tire when Kwik fit said it couldn't be done (which I suspected was BS given the location of the nail). Savoy saved me £140 on a new tire - a month out from Christmas. I will be going back to Savoy for my rears tires changing in a few months.
D. A.Two new front tyres and a slow puncture all fixed within an hour of turning up. Though I would advise to ring in advance to make sure they have the type and make of tyre you want in stock. Assuming you've done this then they operate on a first come first served basis with ample seating, daily newspapers and a large TV to help make your wait pass quickly. At first I wasn't sure who was dealing with my car, at least three staff members approached me with a query or update on the work being done and no one actually introduced themselves and took particular charge. That said I had arrived early, ten minutes before opening in fact. I was still seen to quickly. Maybe I just caught them 'warming' up for the day.
