The garage is ok, fitted 4 tyres for me bought through Blackcircle tyres so price nothing to recommend Hadleigh Tyres for but the people who do the fitting are not at all customer orientated, unfriendly and hostile although I’m sure they don’t realise that. I asked how long to fit the four tyres as I didn’t want to wait in their dark waiting area on a sunny day and was told half an hour. Got back on time only to find it took another 35 minutes until the work was completed. The work was ok but not a good experience. A photo of one wheel I think demonstrates staffs disinterest in the work

I have lived on the outskirts of Hadleigh for nearly twenty years and used this branch many times. The four staff I dealt with ( Gavin, Jason, Phil and James ) were exceptional and a real credit to HTS Haleigh. No hesitation in giving my recommendation

Went to this place last minute , an hour before they closed and they managed to fit me two new front tyres there and then which was brilliant. I am very greatful for that. Can't fault them on that. And for a good price. However, you don't get a hello when you turn up, you're made to feel as though you're not wanted there and none of the tyre fitters actually talk to you, you just get a stare. I probably won't go here again.

I visited on a Friday afternoon when people are normally looking forward to going home for the weekend. After some time and difficulty, the guys removed a corroded dust cap from a rear tyre, which is more of a problem than it sounds when a run-flat tyre and electronic pressure sensors are involved. They checked all the tyre pressures and replaced the metal dust caps with non-corroding hard plastic ones. All free of charge. Great service!

I have previously had good service here but not so much today. Charged £176 for one tyre. When I got home I checked online and then called Crockett's the very same tyre would have been £155 at C's and £146 if I travelled into Ipswich. The tyre itself is £125 delivered to your home. Also the service was disinterested. I asked the technician what he thought had caused the puncture and how big it was - his response was "why should I know - I just change the tyres". Also made to wait some time before they moved cars so I could exit their car park. Don't think I will be using them again😕

Despite arriving at a busy time and being told there would be a wait, the guys were working diligently and soon bought my car into the garage. The cause of the slow puncture was quickly identified as being on the rim, the tyre removed, rim cleaned & greased, tyre refitted, wheel balanced, job done. Cost was just £23 which is very reasonable for the work involved and compares well. No problem with recommending HTS.

Straightforward 'local" tyre shop. A little short on good grace, good explanations and helpfulness. But got the job done I guess. I'll try to use a National Company next time. But good to know these guys are here if I need them.

What a fantastic group. We have been using Hadleigh Tyre Services for a few years now. Not always regulars, we use other garages too. However we will be from now on. Polite, helpful and always willing to advise, they have been impeccable. From call out services to just popping in to check our tyre pressures, they have been professional and kind (even when I've missed the most obvious). Today I popped in to check the pressures of my new trailer tent and they did and waved me on my way. My only gripe is : why aren't all companies like this. I can't recommend them highly enough.
