Brilliant service! Booked a tyre change at 22:00 p.m. for a next day change. Got booked in easy online, arrived and was in and out within 30 mins. Also, very well priced. This was the best price I found for a tyre change. Very happy!

Fast and efficient service. I can empathise with what others have said about the abruptness of whoever it is who answers their phones - they seem keen to get your off the phone as fast as possible - but maybe that's why they are so efficient. Sadly I had a faulty valve on one of my four new tyres - fitted on a Saturday morning at 18hrs notice :-) ...which left me struggling until they reopened on Monday morning - when they fixed it immediately and no extra cost. Overall I'd use them again.

Having rung in and ordered the exact tyre I needed, which was a non stock item, I rang the yesterday to confirm they'd now received it. So I visited this morning, without an appointment, waited 10 minutes, and was called in. The tyre was fitted and I paid, socially distancing, and I left after 25 minutes in total. Recommended to here by my usual mechanic when I had a problem with my exhaust which needed urgent attention. Managed to drive there (noisily!) from not far away, and the guys were extremely helpful despite being super busy. Checked over the exhaust and told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost - they didn't have the part available but by 10am the next morning they had replaced the exhaust and it was all ready for pick up. What I appreciated the most was that the price I was told when I first dropped the car in was the price I was charged. No added charges, no VAT that had been missed off on the quote. I really appreciate that as I've had other garages in the past who have not been as clear. Friendly, helpful staff despite it being extremely busy on the day I dropped it off, who did what they said they would do within the timeframe and on budget. Definitely recommended, thank you all!

While staying in Ipswich for a few days I realised my MOT had run out. My friend recommended Ipswich Tyre Centre as she always used them for MOTs. I called and explained I had no MOT so needed to get the car booked in ASAP so I could get home to Norwich the next day. The guy on the phone was really helpful and understanding but didn't have a slot available, but said he would call me back if he could fit me in. A little while later he called and said if I could get the car to the garage by 1PM they could do the MOT. I waited while they did the MOT and I only needed one tyre. Great service and nice people. Quick and efficient service and friendly staff. I was in Ipswich recently to go to the Regent, when parking up noticed that I had what looked like a slow puncture. Seeing as i was in my Sunday best, I didn't fancy crawling around on the floor changing it myself. Plus, my car has the equivalent of a pram wheel for a spare. I googled tyre repairs ipswich and Ipswich Tyre Centre came up in the results. I called them up, explained the situation, and they said to bring it in and they'd fit me in.
