These guys are awesome. Can't do enough to help you, genuine blokes! It's a big company with a small company approach as they really look after you. Best place for tracking I have ever found. Had a car tracked a while back and started pulling to the left, they were more than happy to look at it again and adjust twice along with road testing for no additional charge. I have since come back after having new wishbones fitted as the bushes were worn, same top notch service experienced. Having used these chaps many times, I simply can't sing there praises enough, there are some right dodgy car crooks out there but these chaps are a credit to the industry! I hope senior management is aware of there great work and looks after them well 💯🙏

Top quality service! Needed emergency brake discs and pads replaced before a trip away the next day. Phoned up the same day and got a slot within the hour in the Ipswich branch. Ryan behind the desk told me I could also get money off as they run lots of offers on their website. (Can’t complain at 20% of all brake parts!) They also got me out of a tight spot years ago with a flat tyre on an old car which they changed on a Sunday! Ryan got to work straight away and phoned me up to tell me that my CV boot had also split and the other one was on its way out. He said I was welcome to come and view the pieces affected before installing them, which I did. He was very helpful throughout and answered all my questions. He even gave me a brand new price (complete with discount) before I left him to finish up. Ryan, if you’re reading this... thank you so much! You truly saved the day and a trip away was allowed to go ahead because of you. I will definitely be recommending this garage to all my friends and family. Professional, friendly and affordable. What more could you ask for?

I needed a new set of P Zeros on my Mercedes SL plus my own aftermarket TPMS units fitted. Fearful that my car would be attacked by a bunch of tyre monkeys wielding impact drivers and 4 pronged sill destroyers, I took my own jack as backup. I couldn't have been more wrong, and my friendly fitter listened to what I wanted, used my own jack adapter, and no impact wrenches in sight. So for the second time we had mobile fitting from Colchester come out and fit 4 tyres, second time it has been a disaster. This time when reaching 64mph there was a severe wobble of the wheel, we went up to the Ipswich depot and they took the front wheels off and checked the balancing. First wheel on the machine and the weights were getting ripped off, second wheel the same. Apparently the wheels were out of balance by miles by the Colchester mobile fitter, these guys on Sunday were superb. We will be dodging the convenience of mobile fitting in the future and sticking with the Ipswich branch as we always did pre covid. Appreciate you sorting the issue and thanks again for fixing another branches mess!

OUTSTANDING service in every possible way. I turned up without an appointment and was seen straight away. The staff, particularly the gentleman I presume was the manager, were courteous, polite and highly professional. Clearly a well oiled team who always perform. I have used the Ipswich branch on many occasions, indeed I travel some distance, past other Tyre outlets, to get there. Particular mention to Akhlaqur who it has been my privilege to deal with on three separate occasions. Very pleased with speed, service and price. Had 4 tyres fitted, no fuss, polite, friendly, clean and quick. 4 days later, one tyre was going flat. Called them, took it back (there was no fuss or bothet) and there was a screw in the tyre, I had managed to pick up a puncture! They repaired the puncture free of charge! Thank you.
