p. g.ATS Euromaster team at Green lane is marvellous. I bought four tyres and fitting through them in September. My car broke down and it went to insurance 4 times. During this period, I had to rebook the car for tyre change 5 times. They were simply outstanding. I felt embarrassed every-time I made a call for the change, but their team showed exceptional understanding, empathetic and accommodating. They always sounded cheerful on the other end of the phone, never passed a negative remark and did not complain about the storage. I will very strongly recommend them to anyone and I would like to pass my regards to Euromaster team for being truly exceptional.

S. L.I had to return vehicle after having a full service due to multiple warning ⚠️ lights on dashboard that came on 24hrs after .
Low oil , break wear , hand brake was poor .
They were competent at rechecking and topping up fluids this time but the brake wear warning was not resolved , they said electrical and diagnostics were not possible as this garage isn't electrically trained or resourced ! .

H. G.Recently had my car in at ATS Cross Green for 2 Michelin PS4 tyres fitting. I turned up at the appointment time and it turns out the tyres had not been delivered due to no fault of their own.
I went away and they called in the afternoon to tell me the tyre truck had just arrived and to come back. They were very apologetic and had the tyres done quickly.
Customer service was great and I would definitely use again. Although in the future I do think they should ensure the tyres are in stock before a customer arrives for them fitting to avoid a wasted journey.
