Done my MOT here last year and they were brilliant. Didn't have to wait too long. This was my first MOT ever in the UK so the staff were really friendly and took the time to explain what happens next and what they need to go through. The waiting room was ok as well. Would recommend !

Used Black circle Tyes to book appointment slot, tyre brand and payment. Turned up early, that was no problem to them, work carried professionally and promptly. Waiting area is pretty standard, but no complaints.

Just bought an Toyota Avensis, 2009 plate. Pulling to the right when driving so booked car in for alignment with ATS suggested Monday but I was busy so James said could do it on Saturday, great. Showed me on diagnostic sheet all four wheels needed alignment. No waiting done straight away plus had four wheels filled with nitrogen. Felt the correction in alignment no pulling at all. Good chat with Adrian since the last book stamped full service was done at 57,000 n it had 73,000 on the clock. Took it in following Thursday left the car at 09.00 all done by 12.30 confirmed by phone call from ATS. Paperwork sorted n comprehensive checks emailed. Very professional throughout, from telephone to book in vehicle to emailing checks. Very competitive prices. Excellent advise given to maintain vehicle. I'm glad I've found a company I can trust for honest, reliable n competitive servicing.

Easy to find tyres for my car and book appointment and pay for tyres beforehand online. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service at the garage, greeted nicely and car was seen to pretty much straight away. Much better customer service than other garages in the area. Would definitely use again.

Phenomenal service here. I had 4 tyres put on my Mini, 1 tyre on my BMW and 4 tyre most recently on my classic Jaguar. Adrian offers the best service I have EVER received in this sector. He's helpful, welcoming, gives you the time needed to explain the process and what to expect. My classic car needed extra care as I was going from 15 inch alloys to 16 inch. Given the increase rubbing in the wheel arches might have been a problem so he invited me to come in before my appointment to do a test to make sure the new wheels were compatible. Success. So I returned and got all 4 tyres done. Car looks amazing. Extra care taken due to age of the car too. Everything was spotless and thorough. Can't complain about anything. Just fantastic. Highly recommended. Also ATS customer service over the phone at head office are great too. First class all round.

Had a puncture yesterday whist on my way up to Suffolk to visit my mother in hospital. I just turned up at Leicester branch quite distressed due to trying to get to the hospital in time for visiting. Despite the garage being extremely busy James was extremely helpful and got my tyre fixed so I was able to continue on my journey. Thank you James at ats as I don't know what I would have done!!! That is the second time this garage has come to my aid!!

Excellent!!! Got a Groupon deal for an MOT for £9.99. I didn't even know ATS did MOTs. Even at the full price of £29 its a bargain compared to my usual MOT place in Loughborough..... I was very impressed at how professional they all were. I came out of there a very happy man. I'll definitely be back!!

Even advised he wouldn't charge me after removing my tyres etc & advised what needed doing. I had my back tyres replaced as they were 'borderline' passing it's MOT. After driving around leicester for a professional to look at my tyre to see if it could be repaired, ATS were quick and professional looked at it straight away unfortunately they couldn’t repair it as the puncture was too big however they recycled my tyre anyway for free. In my experience you get a much more professional experience at ATS than anywhere else.
