A very honest service, good quality and reasonably priced. I originally was sorting my tyres via an online site where they ship them to the fitter and you just pay a small extra fee for the installation, but due to my car being a little unusual thought it best to contact the fitter to discuss and confirm. Jock's was the third one I contacted and the first that actually seemed to listen and pay attention. They quoted a very reasonable price, slightly higher than the online bulk merchants, but nothing to make my eyes water. After confirming, they then called back about 20 minutes later to inform me the original tyres were end of life but had managed to identify and source some alternatives that were of an equivalent quality but cheaper. They had them delivered two days ahead of schedule, installed them with no fuss, identified some areas on the car that I would need to have looked at in future (without attempting to recommend a mechanic or garage to do the work), and made recommendations of where I should look to source cheaper parts in future too. It's so refreshing to find a car service company that gives you the confidence in not attempting to inflate prices or creating additional unnecessary work.

Jocks Tyre Services in Leicester provided a quick and efficient continental tyre replacement service. They also provided myself with a free inspection on my brakes, steering and suspension. I was expecting a hard sale when I was told they had carried out these tests but was pleasantly surprised when I was advised everything was working well. The honesty of the mechanics combined with the price of the service means I will be a returning customer. I would highly recommend Jocks Tyres to everyone.
