At last I've found somewhere that treats its customers with kindness and respect. thorntons went out of their way to fit me in for tracking on my Mazda when I had a steering ball joint fixed somewhere else. Paul even checked my shock absorbers on the back for me. Thank you thorntons! Anyone wanting new tires go to thorntons in syston they are brilliant!

Went recently as I suspected I may need 4 wheel alignment but following a visual inspection by a knowledgeable staff member I was advised that the tyres showed no visible signs of misalignment so it did not need doing. Have had new tyres supplied & fitted here a few years ago at competitive price with only niggle being one tyre was fitted the wrong way round (inside wall on outside) but this was refitted correctly after I spotted it a day or so later.

After being recommended Thornton's by a colleague I popped in this morning for them to investigate an issue with my tyre. Despite being told I may have to wait for an hour I was seen to quickly and was on my way in about 40 minutes. I was charged £18 for a puncture repair which I thought was great value. All staff that I spoke to were polite and friendly too so if you have tyre troubles in or around Syston, drop in and see them

For some reason it coming up as paige mackay (my daughter lol) God knows why........... Realy sorry ANTONIO BABLE to here u was NOT happy with the survise that the team at THORNTON TYERS gave you. When you come in you asked for a price no a tyre because you had damaged your tyre by hitting a curb. We gave you a price of wot we had in stock. YES the only tyre we had was a budget in stock. If you did not want a budget and u wanted a MICHELIN you should have said and we would have put your spair tyre on and got it ordered in for today. The work we have carryed for you is 100% fine. WE WOULD HAVE NOT TRYED HELPING YOU IF IT WAS NOT SAFE... Many thanks MATT MACKAY XXX
