Had it booked in but for interim service but the sump plug was rounded off by previous dealer they didn't want to risk it incase the sump broke apparently about £500 to £600 to replace so I took it to another garage for them to replace my sump plug then had to rebook it in again came the following week when I got there one of the blokes who does the service wasn't in so had to book it a few days later. Came back a few days later and they did the interim service work carried out was all good said everything was all good they couldn't of been more apologetic about what happened before staff nice and friendly and was very helpful would bring my car back again here.

Good service, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I couldn't do my order on line for some reason so I didn't get the tyre for £62.80 I had to pay £75.

I had a nail go into my tyre when travelling through the area, called kwik fit and the car manufacturer’s garage and neither had a tyre in stock to replace it, called National Tyre to see if they could repair the tyre and within 30 minutes of arriving at their garage with no appointment they had my car in the bay and about 20 minutes later they had repaired the tyre with a lifetime warranty. Only cost £25 for the repair. Great customer service, very professional and high quality work.

It was ok, I've been twice this week once for a pair of tyres for my VW T-Roc and today for a battery for my Mum's Yeti. Both visits included a little waiting time but waiting area was fairly clean ,warm and ok seating. A old school garage experience and I would recommend 👍

Having been told by another company in Lincoln that i needed two front tires as they could not balance what was on i decided to get a second opinion and took the car saying nothing to the lads there. i got no sales pitch for tires or anything else and job done ,No steering shake and just £26 great service and honest lads.

Great service, always check squeaks, rattles and other odd noises on my truck and only charge if they find something. They also find the best deals on tyres and give out loads of good advice. I even had a phone tutorial on how to check the mysterious liquid dripping from under the engine wasn't brake fluid so they knew when I drove it in to them my brakes wouldn't fail on the way in!

Found a nail in my tyre and went here without an appointment. Walked in and the man on reception was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was warm and having a toilet is helpful. Within half an hour I'd got a new tyre and was on my way home.

Nothing seems like too much trouble for the staff here. While I was waiting for my vehicle today, a chap came in with a tyre from some kind of trolley that had come away from its rim. Definitely not a car tyre, but the guy behind the desk said he'd take a look and managed to fix it in less than a minute at no charge. It's refreshing to see that sort of thing from a chain garage when they could very easily have refused to even entertain the idea. I'm now on my third set of tyres from this branch and on two occasions have come in at very short notice, not long before closing time, to get damaged tyres changed. Again, they have always been very accommodating although on my most recent visit they didn't have any stock in the required size, but can't fault them as my vehicle does have an unusual size of rear tyre. I can't speak for their mechanical work as I've only ever has them fit tyres, but their prices seem reasonable and they will usually try and match the web prices if you ask.
