The service from here was absolutely fantastic. My car started making an awful noise, I looked for somewhere safe to stop and this place was across the road like a vision! I approached the counter very emotional as I had just started a 500 mile drive home with family in the car. The men had it sorted within 10 minutes of me pulling up. I can't thank them enough.

This was my first visit to Tanvic, ordered tyres on line, but wanted an earlier day fitting, John said he would give me a call if the tyres arrived. He did about four hours later, got the tyres fitted. They checked the tracking on the vehicle, it needed adjustment before carrying out that they checked with me. I was impressed by their overall service, professional knowledge, friendly service in a very pleasant waiting area. I don’t think I will be going elsewhere for tyres again.

Fantastic experience, I popped in on the off chance that someone could just take a look at my exhaust as I felt t was unsafe and Paul behind the counter said he would get it on the ramp and check, with 1 minute my car is in the air and Paul and his colleague have assessed what's wrong and put it right. After a shocking experience at National Tyres just up the road, I called into Tanvics. The customer service here was helpful and professional, not just with me but with other customers both face to face and on the phone. Having not booked in I wasn't sure if they would be able to do the work, however they did, and by early afternoon my car was done with the work carried out costing significantly less than that quoted by National Tyres. An all round good experience with Tanvics, highly recommended.

Have been using Tanvic as my main place to get vehicle repairs. I can trust them to do a good job for most things, I've taken them to get some small things such as tracking and wheel alignment and some bigger things like suspension work. Can't rate these guys highly enough. My girlfriend took my car in with a flat tyre and they were fantastic with her. They later rang to say the tyre was ok but the wheel needed welding. They quickly fixed the issue (leaking fuel pipe) with a temporary fix free of charge before they can order the part once shops reopen on Monday. Friendly, efficient and helpful - thank you!

Popped in to Tanvic to see if they could swap my wheels back to front. The gentleman at reception couldn't have been more polite and accommodating. He was busy, which is always a good sign in my view, but assured me that the job could be done quickly and it was. Several customers were in and out for various tasks and clearly Tanvic are very organised. I particularly liked how each customer was given clear advice and time scales and treated with prompt attention. Excellent service at Tanvic and my job cost next to nothing! The mechanic had even adjusted my tyre pressures without my asking which is great diligence. The whole reception area was clean, sanitised and cordoned with seating well apart to protect everybody's health interests. I left Tanvic feeling that nothing could have been done better and will be back to purchase my next set of tyres or MOT for sure. Well done Tanvic, you have restored my faith in a business placing the customer first!

I was a bit disappointed with Tanvic Tyres on this occasion. I rang them for a price for 3 tires and I was happy with it, they told me to go straight there which I did, however once there I had to wait 45 minutes without explanation. While waiting I made a few calls outside. I went back into reception to wait for my vehicle. I waited and waited and thought it should be ready by now, 45 minutes had passed. I stood up to stretch my legs and my car was parked up so I said is my car ready? They said is it the Ford Focus. I said yes, they said yeah it's ready mate. So I communicated to them, why didn't you tell me it was ready instead of leaving me sat there? The bloke on the counter turned it round onto me and said I should of told them I was sat there waiting for it even though it was totally obvious I was waiting for it. I don't like it when people do that to me. I had another appointment that day which I had to rearrange because I was sat there waiting for so long. Better communication would be key here as I could of gone to the other appointment first. He then said to me well it doesn't matter now does it mate because it's all sorted now. I thought, thanks for telling how to run my life pal, and implying my time isn't important, cheers pal, appreciated.

Took my car in for a wheel bearing change at 8am, and was told it would probably take about 2 hours, so to come back. They called 50 mins later to say it was finished. Helpful feedback regarding the original issue (upon request), excellent staff and a very nice/professional looking facility. Will use again and highly recommend.

I had tyre trouble while visiting Lincoln for work (from London), when one of my tyre pressure valves broke while I was trying to pump up the tyre. The gents here were able to get me back on the road quickly and very generously didn't even charge me as they didn't have the correct sensor valve in stock and fitted a temporary plastic valve just so I could get home again on a Friday afternoon. I would highly recommend Tanvic Tyres and the lovely bunch of people that work there!

Phoned about a new battery for an Evoque. Got the price, told they didn’t have one in, but could get one within the hour. By the time I got there they’d had it delivered. Car straight in, fitted and I was on my way. No faff. Spot on.

It's Christmas eve got a million and one things to do and as I arrive home my tyre popped, contacted the lads at tanvic they were so friendly and helpful. As usual the service centre here provided excellent service at a competitive price for my BMW Z4. I had both rear Bridgestone run-flats replaced at a price that was only a few pounds more than the cheapest (tyres only) I have seen on the internet - but they where fitted and balanced of course. Also had front discs and pads / sensors replaced, much more reasonable than the main dealer (way less than half price of main dealer). Oil and filter done, even though not due (my request) - again reasonable considering the price of oil for this range of engine. I have been using Tanvic for 3 years with my current car for servicing and wear and tear type repairs and tyres, and had several jobs with previous cars (mainly for tyres though).They have always been clear on prices and reports. They treat you with respect and do not try to blind you with mechanics (although I'm an engineer by trade, so all good!). They will give you honest advice on your choices regarding budget, reliability and recommendations. Overall, this is how it should be. Waiting area is large and well equipped (coffee, wifi, computer, sweets, magazines etc). Staff friendly and efficient. Constantly busy front desk - which speaks volumes about their reputation.

A very big thank you to Joe and the team for all they did for my daughter last week when her Zafira broke down and needed some expensive diesel parts fitted, ( another one of Vauxhalls poor designs they wont admit) Having been in the motor trade myself for over 30 yrs the service they delivered and customer care they gave to Christine is hard to find these days. As a women on her own with a very limited financial budget the advice & explanations given were very good and clear and she was not taken advantage off as many garages probably would have done in fact there were some things they did and didn't charge for! Called into this tyre distributor on Friday to enquire about a new tyre and inner tube for our wheelbarrow. We had called into ZR Tyres, the day before, and been told it would cost £28! Tanvic said they would do it for £15, almost half the price. Mark, the Manager, and Jard were extremely pleasant and helpful, replacing tyre and tube immediately. Mark also gave me a very good price for new tyres on our Kuga. Will definitely use them when needed.

I popped on my lunch hour and two men had both tyres changed in around 15 minutes while a third checked the tyres that were not being changed. Not expensive either. My locking wheel nut tool failed meaning I could not get any wheel off. Had a slow puncture and Fords told me to wait between 5-10 working days for a new tool. As a taxi driver this was not an option. After having Fords tell me they could not remove the locking wheel nuts without causing significant damage I went elsewhere. Tanvic had all the locking wheel nuts off in less than 10 minutes without any damage. Can not overstate what a pickle they got me out of.
