A massive thank you to Jeremy who went absolutely above and beyond last week to help my 93 year old grandfather. He personally picked his car up for him outside of his working hours and again returned it outside of his work hours. Furthermore, he put the car away in my grandfathers garage and made sure he was safe and secure before leaving him. Thank you Jeremy - you sir are a fantastic asset to your employer!

Thank you so much to Jeremy and Lee for helping me out today! Got a flat tyre on the way home and had to pull into the car park in an emergency to pump up. Went in to have my tracking checked. Jeremy was very polite and helpful and after a thorough check explained what work had been done and gave me some before and after pictures of my wheel alignment which couldve caused more damage and cost had I left it. Would just like to express my extreme thanks and gratitude to the staff at ZR Tyres Lincoln. After major surgery last year, and 7 months off work, I needed to get my vehicle roadworthy again. But after 3 weeks back to work, I had a relapse. The staff very kindly, at short notice, arranged for me to have my car picked up, repaired, re- MOT'd, and returned. My daughter was in Lincoln for a few weeks and had what she thought was a slow puncture. It was an issue with the alloy wheel which ZR Tyres resolved quickly. They were very helpful with her and very honest and resolved a couple of other issues with the car. Top garage. Visited Lincoln from York and noticed a lump on my tyre. This amazing garage despite being booked up and on Saturday staff got me back on the road within half an hour and gave great customer service. If I lived in Lincoln I would definitely use them again.

I had gone to another tyre place as I had been told they would fit me in. When I turned up they asked me to come back the next day. I am so glad they did! I was straight round to ZR Tyres. They are so helpful, polite and friendly. Went in with a puncture and they were straight on it. I also asked for a check on the alignment (a check is free) and as soon as the puncture was fixed they had it hooked up to the lasers. They showed me the results and I opted to pay for the wheels to be put straight. Everything explained, everything made clear and a great service at a great price. Couldn’t recommend ZR Tyres enough!
