Quick response and good service. Took my Porsche in for tyre repair and balance and subsequent rebalance after 10 months. Both visits were met with professionalism and accuracy. Went to four local places to get a tire with a screw in it fixed. First wasn't available for two days. Second said "we can't fix this, too close to the edge". Third tried to sell an external fix instead of from the inside. ATS was the fourth, and not only did they offer to fix it from the inside, they realized the screw was very short and hadn't punctured the tire. They pulled it out, confirmed no leak with soapy water, and sent me away no charge. I left a tip. Top notch!

THANK YOU TEAM BOW! Our Mini's brake pads and a tyre that had been ordered in absolutely had to be changed yesterday prior to the MOT next week. I arrived 25 minutes early and asked how long the job would take and whether I should leave the car and return after visiting my husband in hospital. I was told it could be done immediately if I waited and it was. The pads were replaced, the tyre was fitted and when I asked if they'd filled with nitrogen and checked the pressures all round, they brought Mini back in, deflated the tyres and re-inflated with nitrogen which filled me with confidence. A job seemingly well done (I'm no mechanic!) by a professional team who showed good humour, excellent customer service and simple humanity.

Have been using bow ATS for over 5 years for replacing car tyres(online purchase and fitted at ats), yearly service etc. I found the managers (Mostafa, Ricky) + the engineers very customer friendly, knowledge able and advice as required. In October 2021 I used them again for my recent purchchase where they recommend the best service required, went extra Mile to clarify my long list of queries and get all my concerns checked by 2 most experienced engineers(Reza, Mostafa). Initially I went to get my breaks checked, was so impressed with their handling of this free check that I decided to get my car serviced with them instead of taking to the dealer. I wanted a specific brand of Engine oil (used by the manufacturer), they immediately understood my request and offered to provide the brand I wanted. This is going beyond the standard service and understand individual customer.They kept me fully updated on the progress, show me the components they replaced. I am very happy to have a trusted garage around me. It looks like they have revamped the workforce with some Young engineers which is great for developing youth skills.

I've been to ATS Euromaster in Bow a few times now, and had a major service on my Golf today - my appointments have always been on time, staff have always been friendly and the price paid online when booking is always reasonable. I will book again for my next service.

The guys are very friendly and the environment is homely. Quick, efficient and very easy to pay/book online. They dont stock many tyres in the premises however they get them delivered every day. I would suggest it's worth calling the branch to confirm if the tyres are in before attending the appointment.

Went for a wheel alignment - unknown underlying issue meant it didn't resolve the issue but they attempted multiple times, checked other possible causes and offered a refund. Overall a very friendly and approachable group of guys.

We needed a company van to have two tyres replaced plus brake parts checked/replaced, and booked in with the Bow branch. We had an account with ATS in the past but when we arrived, the manager at the site advised head office had closed the account due to lack of use without letting us know. Unfortunately head office had also vetoed taking payments by card over the phone or even via immediate bank transfer. I rang the central office to query this but was told policy was policy there was "nothing they could do." Of course this left our driver somewhat stranded. However the manager (Ricky) clearly understood this made for a less than ideal customer experience, so went out of his way to undertake the necessary inspection and quote as quickly as possible, and then made arrangements for us to be able to pay with a card over the phone to a colleague at another office. So he rescued the situation really effectively, and we are very grateful. 5 (super) stars for Ricky and Bow. Minus 1 star for head office's contribution : all adds up to 4 stars overall.

I hit a pavement quite hard and went in for some advice about the tyre. I found the team really friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgable. They examined all the tires and showed me how the front 2 tyres had worn unevenly with almost no tread in certain areas left. I got the front 2 tyres changed and the wheels aligned, this was done very efficiently. They also did a car inspection and gave me very important advice which had not been picked up in my service (done elsewhere) ! I would definitely go back and certainly recommend the knowledgable and efficient service.

Great service from these guys who repaired my tyre, and they were lovely. Quick, efficient, total gentlemen and good prices. They had it done in no time while I waited. I had to move my appointment around a bit because of a problem moving the car and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Definitely a five star service and the complete opposite of the service I experienced from their well known competitor who sent me home with a 4 inch bolt through my tyre which they had failed to discover. Unbelievable. So, use these guys, otherwise things could go wrong for you too.

Just got my tyres changed at ATS bow. Fantastic service, really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They do take particular care when fitting the locking nuts back on, something all customers should be aware of, as a busted locking nut will mean a nightmare getting your wheels off in future . Some tyre shops bust the locking nuts by going a bit crazy with the power tool. The lads at ATS only use the power tool to tap it in, and then they use the wrench. Perfect method They advised me that my tracking was slightly off and showed me the readings, so I got that done too!

Best customer service I've experience, ( ATS bow branch,) it's just that had to wait a week before I went in Todo my air conditioning + bacterial, sounds and performance is much better now, will go again for my tyres, pay a little extra and get a brand new ones rather then second time use on local tyres, they do Groupon discount which makes the price better after all, felt warm welcome and a great lovely team, straight in no waiting............

Visit this branch of ATS nearly every summer to top up the AC of my family’s fleet of cars. I usually purchase a Groupon Voucher rather than purchase through ATS because of the massive savings. On the most recent occasion the AC wasn’t working after re-gas which took around 45mins. The staff tried to diagnose the fault then advised I visit an AC specialist. I wasn’t charged for the re-gas or their time. Staff are really helpful. The only downside is you have to wait around 2-3 weeks for an AC appointment.

Matt was brilliant from the moment i walked in to ATS. I had few questions regarding my tyre change and my alloys and he was patient enough to answer all my queries. During my tyre change and Alignment he was constantly advising me on what best approach would be as I had few buckled alloys and he advised to place them at the rear of the car. I had a set of Avons fitted which made my car drive like new except it only lasted a day when 3 of the 4 tyres started deflating and had to pump the tyres at least 6 times in 2 weeks before my appointment back in the garage to investigate the problem. I was greeted by Matt who was kind enough with the help of Brad to reseal the tyres as it wasn't done when the tyres were initially fitted (disappointing) and fixed the problem. Top service! I went to this garage in Bow for the first time, to replace all tyres and get the 4 wheel alignment done on my car. The service was pretty good. The place was not busy. They took my detail and key within few minutes and started working. I received the report of my alignment at the end. They work was done pretty quick. Price is reasonable. Spacious garage and waiting area for customers with hot drinks. I'll consider them for future works on my car.
