Had a Groupon Voucher for the Air Con recharge. First time popping into this Park Royal branch. The branch is located in its own gated premises and not like other companies nearby, within a retail park. Really friendly staff and prompt service. Gentleman at the desk advised how long it would take and I was out of there, in less than that. Excellent job on the Air con too, nice and frosty ready for the summer heat. There is customer parking, and reception is located near the garage entrance itself.

The best garage ever - guys in there are extremely nice and kind + resourceful. Always happy to help and got a space for any emergencies. Quality of service and customer service is on the highest level. They never let me down. Highly recommended! There is a suitable parking area area customers and waiting area inside the building.

Ginger and Oz gave me fantastic service at the Park Royal Branch today. I had already cancelled an appointment due to a last minute issue, they took it in their stride and asked me to come the week after after giving a call. Had all four ageing tyres of my Renault Kangoo replaced with four Goodyears (had a very good price off their website for these), which were transferred to aftermarket alloys. Ginger appers to be a very experienced technician and took extra care in replacing the wheels and torquing the lug nuts to the required spec. All in all very friendly, professional and efficient service - I'll definitely be coming back and will also recommend to friends and family.

Went for AC refill was late by 12 mins due to traffic had to rebook but was my own fault. Next time called up to confirm there were empty slots so could go early very nice person. Told me would take about an hour checked leakage did the refill and anti bacterial bang on time. Good experience.

Got my car's front and back wheel alignment done here by a very experienced mechanic who has worked there for a long time (20 plus years) . I was able to book an appointment with them for a time of my choice, their price was by far the cheapest of all the places I checked and I was very happy by their service. They also have good waiting area if you would like to wait

I have used them twice now and both times they said they could see me within the hour and repaired my tyres. The staff is EXCELLENT & FRIENDLY. It's so unusual to find companies these days who do the decent thing rather than the self-interest thing. Went in today for a new tyre, happy to pay whatever I needed to, a soft prospect if ever there was one but instead I was told all I needed was a quick repair, by a lovely, respectful chap. Great service!! Had new tyres (from blackcircles) with new wheels fitted at the same time. Ian, the technician took great care of fitting the new tyres and kept me updated throughout the whole process as well as making good recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place

Great knowlegable staff, friendly and very helpful. Were able to get my tyre in same day when others said next day. Only marked down for paying almost £20 more per tyre than all other tyre shops. Lucky only had one to change. Also there waiting room was warm and has free coffee and chocolate machine.

We went to ATS Park Royal when our local guys couldn't get the job completed for our minibus. We needed to replace a tyre and the local guys couldn't even open the tyre, luckily I had used ATS before and they fixed the issue within 1/2 an hour. They are honest, very reasonably priced and more importantly they get the job done and get it done quickly. I got quoted for a budget tyre and they actually had a system error where Michelin tyre was listed as budget, they were honest enough to give me that a Michelin for the same price as a budget without even asking, you can't get this sort of honestly anywhere these days. Some how I managed to get a puncture in one of my car tires, I popped in on my lunch break, the gents were more than willing to squeeze me in and fixed the puncture quickly. £15 and great service what more could you want.
