We had a puncture last Saturday night at the start of a long journey, we only made it to City Road.The AA could be of no assistance and recommend we find a mobile tyre fitter. A sight to make a grown man cry! But, for the third time in a year, Big Boss was out within a couple of hours and this time he was able to repair rather than replace. Excellent service. Came within a couple of hours and was polite and friendly. He could have replaced the tyre and charged more I guess, but he repaired it instead. He also had hunted down a spare tyre just in case which he didn't need to do. He also checked all the other tyres and topped them up which I didn't ask him to do. The price quoted was very reasonable and I expected there to be hidden extras - but no question of it. Highly recommended.

Cannot thank these guys enough. After calling around to KwitFit and few others, found them online. Called them at 5.30pm last Thursday needing a replacement for 22inch tyre that has punctured. They sourced one and came early morning to replace it and all done within the 30minutes. Star service, highly recommended!

Quick phone call and took my car down to the garage straight away. Had a nail removed from my BMW run flat tyre and puncture fixed. Ashraf was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He cleaned the rim and fixed the puncture with ease, something that Kwik-fit was unable to do. He also kindly checked another tyre which was loosing tyre pressure and submerged the tyre in water to identify the issue. Overall an outstanding service and reasonably priced. I will certainly be going back to Ashraf again in the future.

I was down in London from and travelled from Leeds to the halal food festival and parked in tobacco dock multi storey car park (for every individual reading this, please avoid this at all costs, never have I seen such a poorly constructed car park , 3/4 of the cars left with dints as the gaps in the car park are narrow enough that even a Micra coudnt fit through) After entering the car park and hitting the large kerb and busting a tyre I needed someone to come asap to fix the tyre I had to travel back to Leeds. Called every mobile tyre repair on Google and honestly, this guy was the most honest and genuine person I talked to, there was no haggle, no stupid costs and gave me the lowest quote first time. Took him less than hour to get to me, fixed my tyre and also checked all my other tyres!! Just want to say thanks for helping a guy out, stay blessed bro.

People at BigBoss know what they are doing and they definitely know what a good customer service is. You can book a service in advance and they will fix your tyres at your address - same price. If one of your tyres is slowly leaking air don't wait like me. Everyone in East London area should use this service. I went Kwik Fit for my cars MOT, which failed due to worn out tyres. I had to quickly replace my tyres -but Kwik Fit where charging me a ridiculous price. I gave BIGBOSS tyres a call, and he was able to come down and replace my tyres there and then within a very competitive price. Excellent service provided by 'BIGBOSS', my car passed the retest and I was able to drive home straight away. I have used BIGBOSS in the past and will defo use again in the future!
