Fantastic service! The gentleman who served me was very polite and helpful , The overall experience was really good and the price was very reasonable aswell and I will definitely be using this garage again, I will also be recommending g it to others - I don’t live near to this garage but I will travel knowing my car will be looked after . The staff kept in contact with me through my service and after my service was done I was given thorough paperwork with what was done and what is recommended 👍🏻I really came away from kwik fit happy - my car was serviced well - the actual garage was clean and all staff polite - Thank you once again and keep up the good work 👍🏻

Came in for a tyre replacement following a puncture from a screw. Great service from Abs and Stephen. Although they didn't have the same branded tyre in stock, they gave me straight-up, honest, no nonsense and practical advice regarding other options. Usually it's very busy whenever I go past, but luck was on my side as there were only 1 or 2 other customers before me. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Not bad for a Saturday afternoon!

I was about to head out as my car is temporary off the road as my garage is fixing the allow wheel that was damagged , probably in a pot hole. I went into kwic fiet yesterday and they took off the type and exxplained that the allow wheel needed to be fixed first. As it took 5 to 10 minutes of theri time I can understand why they may of wished to charge me for the diagnosis.They did not no, no charge at all. So I felt I should mention my poitive experince of Kwic fit Balham. certianly helps me trust them for the future

This is my go to Kwik Fit because I know the customer service is always going to be excellent.If I have problems with my tyres etc-I’ve never had to wait a long time and Abs the manager is always very helpful. Once I left a personal laptop behind on the seat 😳- called Abs and he put it behind the counter straight away for me to collect. I was so grateful and not everyone would be that honest. I’d definitely recommend this branch!

I had a relatively minor issue, phoned a few local garages but Kwik Fit not only gave me some availability but understood the problem and likely fix given my poor description. I pulled into the garage, was directed to a lift and the issue was sorted at no charge by Abs who also explained to me what had happened, why and what that part of the car was for. All in all, a great experience from start to finish with really friendly staff.

Firstly they diagnosed a rattle in my rear parking brake, partially dismantling it for no charge, then also finally got my rear wheels balanced which was more than two other places could manage. Very happy. Kudos to the manager there.

I've been coming specifically to this KwikFit branch for several years now because I have a lot of trust with them and not once have I been disappointed. Highly recommended for all your essential motoring needs. It's a shame they didn't do additional services some of the other KwikFit branches do as I would have come to them for everything!

I booked tyre check appointment at the place. I knew I had a slow puncture in one of the tires. Staff member there did very professional tyre check but with thread depth being 6 millimetres he asked obvious question why I was there. So not trying to sell me tires I don't need etc. I told him what the problem was and 15 minutes later my tyre was repaired. So great service from very professional crew. The choice of tyres is very good with many top, current (so no 3 years old ones sold as current versions, as in so many other places) well reviewed versions from many brands available immediately. Definitely worth the visit for great local service.

I have to take my hat off to them, this was the QUICKEST tyre change and balance I have ever had. 20 minutes from pulling in and I was driving back out. Efficient friendly service, all done by the book as I watched. They even used the torque wrench properly, stopping at the click and not going another half turn. I hadn't had much luck with other branchs and wondered where they got the Kwik from in thier name but these guys have restored my faith. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect, I had read a few reviews saying that it was a rip off etc. That could be further from the truth. In fact the mechanic didn't want to charge me for something if he didn't know for certain what the true issue was. He tried a few things and only once he found the problem would he suggest what he needed to replace and what it would cost. Total cost was about half compared to other garages - and other garages weren't even convinced what the real issue was. My suspension no longer makes any noises and is smoother than it ever has been. True class and refreshingly honest. I will definitely be back for my next service.

I had two security wheel nuts on my car I could not get off. I had tightened them too much when I put them on. I went to this Kwik-Fit and was immediately helped at reception and a person came from the workshop to do the work 2 minutes later (even though they were busy). He struggled but after three different ways of trying he got them both off. He suggested I buy a new set of security bolts across the road - which I did. He fitted them for me as well. Cost for this? Nothing. He just smiled and said that's ok. Now that's service, since he knows should I need tyres or more next time, I will come here first.
