Mo the technician who fitted the tyres was also very professional, overall I am very happy with the service I received from Kwik fit Ealing and I will definitely use them again and recommend them. Had my tyres changed today by Mo, Kieren, Silps and Rob and wanted to say a massive thank you to each of them for all their help. I had so much stress with not being able to find the nut key and they told me exactly what to do and still managed to fit me in for my tyre change despite the 2 hour delay I caused them. Really recommend this place for very good service and just a great, helpful team all round. Can’t thank you guys enough!

I collected my new car the other day and later on on the same day the tyre pressure light came on. I was advised to visit my nearest Kwik fit so the next day I booked an appointment and went during my work lunch break. Even though I was slightly late to my appointment the guys there were really understanding and managed to fit my car in very quickly. They checked over all 4 tyres for me and even topped up the air in them just in case. But they reassured me that there was no actual issue with the tyres. I also got a free lesson on how to tell what kind of tyres I have which am sure will be useful one day. All in all I was there about 20 minutes or so and they sorted out my issue and had be back on the road with no warning lights in no time. Would definitely recommend this site if you're in the area!

Being a young woman it is very overwhelming attending any mechanical vicinity. Upon my arrival to Kwik Fit West Ealing, I was greeted by a Gentleman by the name of Kieren. He's customer service was amazing. My biggest worry was being over charged as I had no idea on how much it would cost for the work that needed to be done. The quote was really good and the job was done in the time slot it was allocated. Definitely will go again, as his reassurance really put my mind at ease.

Following the recent theft of a Cat Converter sawn off from my daughter's car in the middle of the night, I can not speak more highly of everyone at Kwikfit from the London Operations manager, Marc Ainsley, Cassiah in customer service and through to the whole team at the Ealing Broadway branch. Brilliant service - went in for 4 new Yokohama AD08R tyres and also got my cars tracking while I was there (It was 4 wheel laser tracking). The whole team was very polite and courteous. Went today to kwik Fit as tyres were deflating. Our daughter was very worried as she was driving home and was alerted about a flat tyre. Called us and my husband accompanied her to kwik Fit in West Ealing. Excellent service. They thoroughly checked all the tyres to see if there were any punctures but found none and instead they were low air due to VW giving the vehicle to us in that state. Kwik Fit inflated all and didn't even charge for their trouble, the trouble they took to clean and check the wheels. Will be going there anytime we need anything in the future. Honest and good company. Thank you kwik Fit.

These guys are okay. I went in on a Monday morning when it was quiet and got my car seen to quickly. I had a valve replaced on my front tyre after a metal dust cap had corroded and sealed itself on, making it impossible to remove without destroying the valve. They had to take the old one out and put a new one through. Only charged a tenner which was fair. I'm sticking to plastic dust caps from now on. When I got home I noticed they had cracked one of the plastic hub caps. It's only a minor issue so not too fussed.

I booked online for a service immediately after I cleared the cars mot. The service price is good, just be careful they try to put the price up somehow or the other for example, they told me the discs were corroded while they were not and insisted they needed changing, they seem to do that every time and then insisted that can't only change the pads as the discs were removed. So be careful. Just stick to basics
