Hi there..Hugo and Dominik ( Kwikfit team today ).got a puncture this morning and limped into Kwikfit where they sprang into action. Wasn't expecting them to have my tyre size BUT they did...not just one but 3 which was actually what I needed as the rear pair were right on legal limit and a front had the puncture. So found myself 2nd in Q and within what seemed minutes they had me up on the ramp !! And couldn't believe how quickly they had all 3 tyres done.....AND more importantly I was happy to pay what seemed to be a reasonable price for getting me out of my predicament....thank you Hugo and Dominik

I had a bad experience at a main dealer near by. They failed my MOT and couldn't do the work till Monday. They closed at 1 o'clock - really bad. I was definitely in need of some help, absolutely needed to be able to use the care on Monday. Called Kwik Fit on the off chance, Hugo (manager) an absolute star, took all my details, sourced the parts (brake pads, discs, tyre), had them delivered and the amazing mechanic Dennis fitted them all by 3. I even managed to find an MOT place by 4. Car passed. Absolutely brilliant service! Hugo is a proper professional, customer first. Dennis is a great mechanic, quick, effective, gets the job done. Price was half main dealer, service 100% plus better. No comparison. (Genuine review!) - highly recommended. Looking at similar past reviews - consistent as well! Very rare!

I simply cannot thank Hugo and the rest of the Kwik Fit team enough. My partner has had an extremely stressful time buying her first car from an untrustworthy seller. We took it to a different garage originally, they were very rude, they kept us waiting over 2 hours and seemed to be making the prices up as they went along. We then went to Kwik Fit and met Hugo. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. It was clear not only does he understand cars, but people too. He took his time in explaining what the car needed and why and some how managed to keep within our budget. The parts for the car were delivered on time the next day, despite ordering them Sunday afternoon and the work was done in no time at all. It's been such a turbulent year for everyone, it was very refreshing to have such a decent service and gave peace of mind to know we weren't being ripped off for it. Kwik Fit may have got a customer for life.

We went to Kwick Fit Earlsfield with a flat tyre half hour before closing. Service was excellent, quick and easy, they were busy but fitted us in. We have been to this branch in the past and were very happy. We would not recommend our local Kwick Fit on Armoury Way. Usually I’m unsure of whether or not to visit this Kwik Fit as pass visits have been shocking. But today’s visit I was pleasantly impressed. As soon as I arrived I was served, no hanging around. The guys checked my tyres and advised me to get a full new set and explained to me why. The tyres were changed within a 45 min wait and I was kept updated throughout. Initially, I have visited Kingston road brunch to adjust my tyre pressure. Wishing 1 min or less I was told that I have 4 faulty pressure sensors, and they can book me in on Friday for service with a cost of £95/ sensor. Decided to take another open ion and visited Earlsfield brunch. They guys were great. James and J-sin were so helpful. They removed rusty metal cap of the sensors and adjusted pressure. Within minutes I was safe and back on the road after all, sensors were fully functioned and not faulty. These guys save me a rib off of nearly £400. Top top guys. Thank you

I went to Halfords Wimbledon to check and change a battery under guarantee. The person there didn't have the proper tool to change the battery and insisted my battery was fine (even if he had to jump start it for me to leave!). I went to Kwik Fit Earlsfield where James and Dom were really helpful (first they had the proper tools), they tested the battery which indeed needed replacing. Once I went back to Halfords to complain and get the battery changed, I came back to James and Dom and they replaced the battery cover free of charge. They were very professional, efficient and knew what they were doing. Thank you

Quick and easy, ordered everything online, good follow up communication although they said they didn't have the tyre in stock and asked me to choose another type. I then asked if they could order it how long I'd have to wait (this tyre was on special), they then got back to me and said they could get it in time for my booked appointment...felt this was odd but was over bank holiday so who knows. Also did air con recharge for the same day and the car was ready an hour quicker than expected! Now working beautifully, should've done it sooner.

I paid and booked for tyre change online, arrived on time and was told by an extremely condescending member of staff that it could be up to 2 hour wait as it’s ‘first come first served’. Very frustrating and no point in booking. Never want to use them again. After my very negative review, I have decided to give Kwikfit 5 stars 🌟 all thanks to amazing customer service from Dominic the manager. He is such an asset to the company and deserves an applause. He has turned negative to positive, giving out fantastic & heartfelt courtesy and I cannot thank him and his team enough. Visited to get a puncture repaired. The staff were very COVID aware. Seat covers, gloves and masks used. Hand sanitisation gel available in the shop. After the card machine is used, the pin pad is wiped down too! And a great hassle free service provided too! Well done guys!

Hugo was juggling several different jobs as he was the only staff member there- despite this he was friendly, gave me an accurate time frame for the job, and did an excellent job. Went back to fit 4 new tires after they had to be ordered. Still great customer service, great accommodating staff. Enjoyed the helpful professional experience. I will say before i went to the Earlsfield branch i did go to Wandsworth where my experience was the total opposite. The guy looked at me like I was something underneath his shoe, then he asked whether i had booked. Isn't that the whole thing about being a "Kwik Fit ". You can.just walk in. Then he said they were too busy because it was a company car and required authorisation, it would take too long, they closed at six, maybe I should go elsewhere that was not so busy... All of this before I had given him details of the car.. Same scenario at Earlsfield completely different response and attitude..Credit to you Earlsfield Kwik Fit

Amazing service after the Wandsworth branch point blankly refuses to even look at my tyre and told me to find another branch - I asked Wandsworth to call different branches to find which one had a puncture repair kit and was told no point as they won’t answer the phone !! I arrived at Earlsfield to be greeted by Hugo who talked me through everything (I have a Motorbility car ) he apologised for the wait offered me yea / coffee and use of WiFi. I had a full tyre check and was advised to go back on a few months to check the tread of my other tyres, when I said I was going up north Hugo told me to come in before and they would do a tyre check for me. I honestly could not have asked for better service and will definitely be using that particular branch again.

Booked a free winter check. Got there half hour early, thought I would have to wait. The guys were great saw me straight away. Got the report back to say I needed tracking but didn't do the hard sale. They were like ' we can do it or you can go somewhere else' they said we don't frighten customer into buying anything. They just give you the fact and leave it to you to decide what to do with the info. Because of this I choose to get them to do the tracking and would consider going back for any other work.i needed.

Free Mocha, spacious, close to the old Greyhound Stadium. Blokes there are cool and best time to go is between 9am and 12pm. Far better than most garages within the CR4 and SW19, maybe that's because I havent been anywhere else. Lol.. Make sure you take you card with you. No contact less. Really!!! In 2018 /2019.
