Turned up early morning for free health check (floor in reception had not long been mopped 👍) staff very professional. Offered to take my car for test drive as I had mentioned a little concern over the braking. Apart from a few bulbs car past very thorough health check. Definitely recommend!

Hurry up to say Huge thanks to Ryan who saved our day in middle of nowhere:) We did damaged the tire in middle of Greenwich field and lucky Ryan was there with his family. They did wait if we need any help even before we asked for it! Also, he did support us with all necessarily tools that we didn't have to fix it. He changed the tire himself explaining the all procedure. He was extremely nice and seems very confident with what he was doing. We just got this car and as soon as we did figure out that he works in car service, decided that he will be the one we will trust our car too. The new centre manager Glenn does a good job. He was honest and told me what I needed to do on my car to get it save. This place can get busy at times and a longer wait is unavoidable, but it is the nature of this business. Just make sure you speak to the manager, he will help you out. The surroundings are a bit boring around there if you have to kill some time. I would suggest you plan ahead and leave your car there and go home for a bigger job. The customers toilets are reasonably clean as well.

I’m so sorry for the delay but I must say I had a wonderful experience at Kwik fit on Sidcup road.. glen had repaired my tires and not at any point did I feel ripped off.. which can be daunting when going to the garage.. they explained what tires needed changing and why.. the communication provided was outstanding.. my car was seen straight away, tires fitted within a good timely manner within no delay and the service itself was first class. I will definitely be going back. The staff are honest and reliable and are an absolute credit to Kwik fit. I went to Kwikfit at Eltham to get a repair to my front tyre and unfortunately ended up buying two new tyres. I obviously didn’t anticipate having to buy new tyres, but l could not argue with the professional advice l was given and reasons l need to. I’ve used this Kwik Fit twice in last couple weeks. As with other recent kwik fit experiences, this was very good. But the Eltham branch was best for speedy, reliable, efficient, friendly and helpful service. Just recently bought a car that already needed a new tyre, these guys (especially Jim) gave very helpful and useful advice, in a friendly manner, really appreciated it. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, honestly!

Had a tyre replaced and the fitter kevin had problems with getting the bolts out as they were sleeved and slipping. He persevered and recommended new ones after replacing the tyre. I bought some literally the next day and rang to find out how much it would be to replace the front bolts for the new ones, and the manager glen told me that as I had just had my tire replaced, that they would do it for free. When I got there, Kevin even done the other side and checked that all torque settings were right across the car. Fantastic service, will certainly be using this centre from now on.

Excellent service going above and beyond. Had a puncture but forgot to wear a mask. They gave me a mask! Weren’t able to repair the puncture because of the noise dampening foam inside my Michelin Pilot Sport 4 Tesla tyres but ordered me one in. Highly recommended!

What a lovely bunch of gentlemen. Really helped me out today. Had a puncture on one tyre and a flat on the other. I didn’t have time to wait for a new tyre as there was a few people in front of me. So was gonna call my other half to come and meet me to put the spare on. But the lovely gentleman (sorry I didn’t catch his name) offered to pumped up the flat tyre and put the spare tyre on the other one for me so I could get home. All free of charge. Fusion Nail in my tyre. Something that happens to me all the time. Taken a while for me to do a review as I worked full time. But when I went to sidcup frustrated as it was the third time that year it happen to me. Glenn who was brilliant at he’s job advised me to think about tyre care, well at the end I walked out with a new tyre and tyre care. Wouldn’t have no if glenn didn’t make me aware of tyre care. Helpful...we discussed brake pads as well as tyres, and after initially being advised that they (pads) may need changing, was reassured that this was not in fact the case, after checking with calipers when the wheel was off. Refreshingly honest, and definitely makes me want to go back!

Good price on tyres ordered online which were fitted efficiently. Only downside is this location does not have wheel alignment equipment, so alignment check offered as part of standard fitting could not be done and you have to go to another location and queue.

Great service. Easy to order new battery online and pick up in store. You have to pay for installation online even if you don't have it installed but they swiftly refund that once you've picked it up.

OK - fast service, but I ended up not having everything done that I wanted as the reception guy didn't listen or check things out with me. He was just very brusque and dismissive, reeled off his speech. I wanted my air con completely servicing and cleaning / debugging as it had started to smell. I tried to explain this and a couple of time tried to ask exactly what had been done as I felt they were not doing everything I asked for. I was right - although they recharged the air con, they didn;t put in a new filter or clean the system, so i am still left with the smell and wil have to take it back again (somewhere else I think) to get this fixed. Frustrating as I had the day off and wanted everything done at once :-( However the recharge seems to be fine in itself. So update! The first day I actually tried to use my air con I realised it wasnt working, in fact after being on for 10 minutes blowing out coolish air, the air con button popped out and wouldnt allow me to push it and turn the air con on. Called Kwik fit - explained, and of course the first reaction I got was, it's nothing we did. Strange coincidence that it was working the day you did the recharge and stopped immediatly afterwards! Any way, VERY long story short, and after much discussion and denial on their part, (its an automatic process, nothing can go wrong) they finally carried out the recharge again (their attitude was quite insulting, point blank refusal to believe that I knew what air con coldness in my own car feels like, insisting the air blowing out was cool - yes it was cool, just not air con cold) and hey presto, I finally have the excellent, freezing cold temperatures I am used to with my Audi air con. No offer of no charge, for my wasted time and stress, no offer of a free debug - which is what I wanted as well as the recharge originally. I now read on their website that part of their process is to take the temperature readings before and after the recharge, and, from their website; "If we can’t improve the coolest vent temperature in your vehicle by more than 10% when measured in degrees Celsius - then we will happily refund you the price of your recharge". If they had checked the temperature before and after I wouldnt have had the extremely stressful and time wasting day I did have, trying to prove to them that they had broken my air con. In the end Glynn the manager was polite and finally carried out the second recharge which I suppose fixed the problem and his senior manager aplogised if he had been off with me, but I really don't feel I received an apology, or any recognition that the first recarge didn't work, and in fact left my air con not working at all. I still need a debug, but cant see me returning to Kwik fit. Sorry Glynn, in the end we managed to resolve the issue but this is not a satisfied customer by any means.
