Packed up the car ready to go on a 5 hour drive to find that our tyre was flashing low despite being pumped the day before - we went to Kwit Fix to have it checked and Ashley sorted out the problem for us and then sent us on our way without even charging us! Went to see these guys for a couple of new tyres and a leaking one. Amazing service from start to finish; great advice on which tyres to buy, which were fitted really quickly. I visited this particular Kwik-Fit today as had a slow puncture. I had pre arranged my appointment with Ashley. Upon arriving earlier than expected I was greeted by Ashley who was very helpful and extremely good mannered. He and he fellow colleagues had the wheel and all pressures fixed in no time and he even reset my dash light display which wasn’t working well. Can thoroughly recommend this garage and staff. Came to kwikfit for a tyre replacement and they checked the other tyres, turns out I also had a puncture on the drivers side of my bmw. The staff at both the Wandsworth and the Fulham branch went above and beyond to assist me when my tyre had a screw in it on the Sunday before I was due to drive to France. I went to the Wandsworth branch originally, and when they didn’t have my tyre he called around and found the Fulham branch had the tyre I needed. It was 30 minutes before they were due to close and he called ahead to ask them to wait for me. When I arrived at the Fulham branch they could not have been more accommodating. Despite being due to close they not only changed my tyre, they also went out of their way to check all my other tyres to ensure all of them were safe to drive to France (which they were). Really lovely staff. Could not recommend Kwik Fit more to anyone who needs assistance with their tyres.

Ashley and the team down at Kwik Fit Fulham have always been extremely helpful to me and consistently provide an excellent service. They are always willing to lend a hand and go out of their way to get the job done properly, even if I show up with a last minute issue. For example: this afternoon (Saturday 4th Feb 2017) my van broke down due to an alternator & battery fault, I took it down to the guys at about 2pm (with help from the AA to get it there) and they had a new alternator ordered & fitted by 5pm, with the van ready to drive away without issue. Sunday hours are 10am to 4pm. But Ashley and a colleague waited until 4.20 for me to arrive, and then spent further time to change my flat tyre. They remaied brilliant throughout. I was very lucky. Good prices but not the best customer service. They were quick and efficient. They spotted a fault with a different tyre but the conversation was quite rushed and it wasn’t very helpful. Their cheap tyres are well priced but noisy. Would be nice to have some more mid ranged prices tyres which are quiet but not premium.

I'm a newcomer to London from Australia and several weeks ago bought a used car - *of course* one tyre went flat and so I ended up (by recommendation by the recovery operator) at Kwik Fit Fulham. Ashley (manager) & Andre (I think it was Andre) looked after and advised me so well that I would like to let you know this :-) It's been a long time since I've had a tyre problem and I learned much from these two gentlemen who were happy to demonstrate and inform me of technical issues to look out for. They checked all the tyre pressures and checked all wheels for faults (there were several). I had not had the time to check the wheels up to this time (I should have done it earlier but I probably would not have known what I was looking for anyway). It was demonstrated to me that I will need a new set of tyres soon and so I will certainly return there for this due to the goodwill and trust engendered.
