Took my VW Polo in as rear driver wheel was jammed. Glen at Kwikfit took my car in right away, put my mind at ease and assessed the issue. Glen called me to run through the issues and costs first, to check if I was happy to proceed. The issue was fixed swiftly and his team were great. Visited on a Saturday morning. My car required wheel balancing. I recently had a tyre change by another garage, but I didn’t get round to having the wheels balanced or nor was I offered that service at the time of change. I just turned up, to the Leyton branch as it’s quite local to me. Upon arrival I was treated promptly and professionally, I was given a concise time of wait, which was great as they stuck to the time. I was most impressed with Glen he is extremely professional and has a great deal of knowledge. He did a thorough check of the car, and ensured everything was as it should be. He made sure there were no other underlying issues, he had asked for a second pair of eyes to ensure nothing was missed. I was very happy with the service I received and was advised any further issues or I’m not happy to come back and they will rectify. I really appreciated the transparency when I had asked other car related questions. I would most definitely re-visit again, if any further issues are to arise.

Very friendly and very welcoming, especially Saeed. All the staff were very helpful. From the moment I called they were superb. Comfortable waiting area and quick service. Highly recommend using this branch over others. From me calling them to them getting the tyre changed took an hour. I've been to other garages and it can take half a day. So I was very happy. I had to get a jump start from having now ...a dead battery and made my way in search of getting a new one. Thankfully I came across one of my local Kwik fits...and after my enquiries on the closing time (as it was quiet late in the day) This damsel in distress was assisted straight away in a very professional and friendly manner by Glen and his colleagues. I dont like to use public toilets but had to use Kwik Fit customers toilet on this occasion and was glad to use this clean toilet and full amenities within. 2nd time I've been here passing through the Leabridge road branch (which is round the corner from me) purely cz Customer service is excellent here!! Leabridge road Kwikfit told me the faulty tyre pressure sensor can only be dealt with by a BMW dealer on my 2015 BMW 7 SERIES... looks like this leyton branch are more knowledgeable and are better trained and sorted it out with a fraction of the dealer price!! 5 stars all the way!!

I have to say that this was the best service I have ever received in a tyre shop and I have visited many over the years! I was very stressed out this morning due to a flat battery. Popped in to Kwik Fit Leyton branch and the guys were fantastic. Both the guys there had my battery changed within 30 mins and checked my tyre pressure, while I sat comfortably and waited in the waiting area. I visited quick fit leyton high road and I can definitely say is the best service ever, the staff are very friendly and Glen the manager is very welcoming. I went to bethnal Green quick fit and even though I did call bethnal Green before going they wouldn't let me in the garage even though I called them before hand as their shutters were being fixed and the guy fixing the shutters would not move his van! Bethnal green wasted my time! I then went to the Lee Bridge Road branch but they did not have the tyre size I needed so then I went leyton high road which was by far the best quick fit experience ever as they replaced the old tie with new ones in under 20 minutes!!! DEFO GOING BACK THERE IF I NEED TYRE CHANGES.

I went there on tuesday.The guy was very helpful.Costumer service there is on point! I was seen from sec I arrived! Guys are quite fast and very good! I change my battery as was wrong...previous service gave me too small battery in different branch. The guy there realised just by the look of it.And other place they take 40 min to fit the wrong one tellin me they cheking exactly wich one i need for my car!! Now my car starts like a formula 1!! My car recently passed its MOT at another garage but was shuddering badly on the motorway and I feared the worst. I took it to KwikFit in Leyton and Zee and his colleague put it on the ramp. It was visually inspected to look for anything untoward. No obvious issue was found and instead they located the source of the issue to one of the tyres which had degraded and was clearly not rotating evenly. A new high end tyre was put on promptly at a very reasonable price. Sure enough this fixed the issue! They even helped me with my oil replacement and pointed out areas of the car I should think about doing some work on in the near future. Impeccable service and really friendly guys!! Exactly what I was looking for and will be back next time. Well done Zee and the KwikFit team!

I have been to other Kwik fit branches previously but the one on leyton high road tops them all. I always receive a quality service and leave feeling fully satisfied with my problem resolved. I came in today for a tyre problem and as soon as I stepped through the door I was seen to in a swift and prompt manner, they could have tried to take money from me by giving me a new tyre but instead they were able to rectify it by mending the tyre instead which actually saved me money. Glen was excellent. He changed discs and pad on bwm i3. Subsequently took the car to bmw for a service 2 months later they said pads had worn 42%. Queried it with bmw they insisted it was right. Phoned Glen. He was super helpful. Took the car in to him he ordered a new set of pads just to compare with the ones i had on. He showed me there was nothing wrong with the pads on my car, they were still pretty much new. So definitely can't get better than a kwik fit fitter.....

Firstly I would like to thank Glen & Zee who are both friendly, professional and are always on hand to help. I’ve visited countless times mainly for nails in my tyres, I’ve never had to wait long for the tyre to be changed and I’m always offered a selection of hot drinks & sometimes a selection of pastries by Glen the manager who is very accommodating. The most recent visit being today where my on board computer was telling me the tyre pressure was low, in no time at all Zee fixed this for me and did the pressure on all my tyres so I was safe & back on the road again! After a weekend in London we were just heading back to Yorkshire when the car started making a horrendous noise. Luckily the traffic was very slow moving – the only time I have been grateful for heavy traffic. We looked up the nearest KwikFit and limped there. I have to give Zee, Glen and Randy 10 stars each for their service, giant smiles, calm demeanour and choice of music in the workshop (Bob Marley). We were quickly at the head of the queue, car was on the ramp and problem diagnosed. Zee gave us a great recommendation for breakfast (to keep us amused as well as fed) and within 45 minutes they had been able to replace the offending exhaust bracket that had fallen apart. I was charged an extremely reasonable sum and we were back on the road. And the reason that I went to KwikFit? We use KwikFit in Yorkshire to look after both our cars and the brilliant service we always have there has made us very brand loyal.

I am delighted with regards to the service I received from Zee at the Leyton 258 branch. I know this was a team effort as Zee advised me that Glen and Small were also involved. In a very short timescale, Zee and the team replaced the alternator in my car, as it had been completely draining the battery to the point the car had pretty much died. The customer service received by Zee was exceptional, and having a young baby, the team worked hard to get this sorted for me the same day which is amazing. This is not my local branch, as I live in South Woodford, but due to this experience, I will definitely come back.

I got my wheel alignment / tracking checked and fixed from this Kwik Fit branch. I can't comment on how well the wheel alignment has been done since it's only been a few hours but the person who served me was courteous enough. He even gave me good unprompted advice about changing one of my front tyres since I had one summer tyre and one winter tyre. I totally didn't realise before he pointed out! I recommend leaving your car with them, going home and coming back when they call to say the job's done. Otherwise you'll be waiting around a long time. I was told my car would be looked at and fixed within an hour-and-a-half but it took an hour longer than that at least. Lesson learnt!
