Had a screw in my tyre and wanted to check it hadn't caused a slow puncture and was still safe to use - it was very busy but only had to wait 20 mins which was great considering I hadn't booked an appointment. The guys were very helpful, checked the tyre and confirmed it was good to go - couldn't recommend them more!

Brilliant service - Black Circles failed to deliver my order but Merityre quickly fitted identical tyres from their stock and came close to matching the Black Circles price. Hugely impressed - really pleasant service and good advice. Highly recommended.

I have three piece split rim alloy wheels on my BM wagon. Last tyre shop managed to break the seal inside one of them when levering off the tyre, that was a £250 bill to repair at the wheel wizard in Weybridge. I was not amused. When one of my recently fitted Pirelli P Zero's started to lose pressure I set off on a trek around SW London peering into the workshops of various tyre shops trying to ascertain which one was worth risking. I noticed in Merityre they had some pretty nifty looking machines for tyre removal that I had never seen before and best of all the fitter took the tyres off 'the old fashioned way' with a wrench. I was overjoyed to see him treat my wheel as if it were made of candy floss. After he fixed the puncture and put the wheel back on he carefully wiped away all traces of handling and repair. And the best bit is they charged me £23 all in. Thats a bargain. So heartily recommended and I shall now be using them as my regular tyre shop.

Was promised a phone call when my run flat tyres were in, no call so I rang them, yes they're in, come on down! Long wait, tyres looking very messy where they've put some whitish grease to ease them on I suppose. The brand name printed on them are not what they said they were supplying but they are the correct ones for my car so I'll assume they're good quality. Must be sane company as there's free Olympic tshirts that the company I was quoted are giving out so perhaps I'm worrying unnecessarily. Not sure I'd go again will try mobile company next time, in 5 – 6 years.

It is without any reservation whatsoever, that I can with such delight, assert that the team of professionals on hand at this branch are a true class act. They are all friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable, helpful and deliver advice with perfection. Each vehicle is treated with the utmost respect, the work conducted is absolutely flawless, the attention to detail the best I’ve seen, and all at a very palatable price. I am generally accused of being extremely fussy, and in truth that is a compliment!! I highly recommend this establishment. 10/10 (I was seen today!)

Had a slow puncture, the guys at the garage had my car in straight away and repaired it on the spot and I was on my way within half an hour. Fantastic service and very reasonably priced. Bear in mind that they don't take bookings so it may be worth giving them a quick call just to check they aren't full.

Bring a book! It's turn up and queue so be prepared for a 30-60 min wait in busy times. They were proficient changing the two tyres but didn't change pressures on other two as I asked, plus fobbed me off with an excuse for not doing the free tracking check. Edited to add - I spoke to Dene, the area manager, who sorted out the tracking and the guy managing the branch that day was much more professional, 3 stars now 4!

They are amazing! Everyone is professional and knows exactly what they are doing. They are super quick too and honest. Happy to replace my spare tire (after I had a flat) with another actual tire I had in my boot instead of charging me for a new one. The whole thing took 20minutes and cost £15. I will only go there from now on.

The lads who work here are quick and efficient. More so, I had my car tracked somewhere else and it was still pulling making me think it was something else wrong with the car, I was advised by a local mechanic to take it here and they sorted the issue. I had a 'slow' puncture on one of my tyres on a Mazda MX5. I took it to Merityre, Southfields mid afternoon when one of their engineers looked at it immediately. He took it off the car and tested it and found the problem was just a leaking valve which he replaced. Payment was refused for this chap's time (10 mins or so) and the valve and they were pleasant, courteous and professional throughout. Genuine, first-class Customer Service - I know where I will get my replacement tyres etc. from in future.

Very happy with the service I had today, I visited to hava a tyre checked out that was continually losing air, thought it was either a puncture or the valve. The mechanic took off the wheel checked it over thoroughly and tested for an air leak, it was found that the valve needed to be replaced which he did and made no charge at all. Excellent Top Marks! I bought 2 Tyres from Blackcircles, on line. I turned up at Merityres and after driving into the fitting bay I went for a cup of tea at the cafe nearby. 10 mins later all done. The fitter was a very pleasant chap and the staff helpful and did the job with care. This was on a 7 meter 3.5 ton motor-home. Fitted brass air valves as standard. Could not be happier. fantastic service and professional service. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service. Fast, friendly & efficient. They took a look at my van and quoted me £58 for a replacement tyre. And that's exactly what it cost. No extras, VAT or "fitting charges"... I used Google reviews to choose this place in preference to the local branches of QuikFit, all of which had some dodgy comments. Can't recommend Merityre highly enough and no, I have no connection with the company and never used them before in my life.

I booked online to have a pair of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 255/35/R18 tyres fitted and after booking noticed that a competitor was doing them cheaper. I emailed their sales support team and they price matched them with no quibble and also were the only ones who had stock of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 in this size. Service from the guys at Southfields was excellent - highly recommend!

Had my tyre changed here. Really professional and friendly service. Reasonable prices. Probably why they get so busy. Only downside is they don't offer a booking service so you have to get there early or you could face a long wait.
