Always always use these guys. There’s a reason they are always busy. Honest, trust worthy and a hard working bunch. Been using them for the alignment on my cars, over 10 years now - Mark and Wayne and Dave are awesome guys, and it’s just nice when you keep going back somewhere and see the same faces. Great service! Ordered tyres online through their website and booked a time to turn up. I got a courtesy call to say the tyres had arrived, I drove down and they fitted the tyres while I waited. About 30 minutes for all 4 tyres, they looked after the alloys and left no marks, and they were friendly and helpful while doing it. No extra charges for labour or disposal of old tyres, all nice and straightforward. Thanks!

My dad recommended this tyre shop to me. I’d had the suspension on my car changed and both my front wheels were wearing on the inside so the people that did the suspension obviously didn’t put the wheels on incorrectly or a aligned them correctly. Anyway wheel power did a fantastic job of realigning my wheels and doing the tracking, cannot fault them did a great job and a very reasonable price I will be using these people again in the future and I will recommend them to anybody who asks 10 out of 10

Literally the dream neighbourhood business. Rolled up with front wheel-rim issues and was immediately given a choice of three possible fixes, three different costs. Wheel Power was recommended to me by a fellow BMW e46 owner, so I went down to buy a tyre and to have the wheels aligned as I was having issues with steering wheel shake. Speaking to various people the issues could have been buckled wheels, steering column, steering rack suspension components etc. When I got there They had a look and sorted it all out with the correct wheel alignment. I've given 3 stars, as when booking online it's not made clear tyres are fitted on a first come-first served basis. It would be better if you could book an actual (say) 30 min slot, then if you didn't arrive on time you would have to wait. It might also alleviate the parking issues somewhat. The other reason for 3 stars is that, on asking them to track my front wheels, I was given an additional price of £35 for what was a 10-15 min job, which I think is extortionate for such a simple process.

I had a fantastic experience with Wheelpower from start to finish. I asked for a price match on 2xMichelins, they beat the price by using a Michelin offer for approved suppliers. I meant to book online for Tuesday, but chose Monday - called them up to change, no issue. I arrived at 1pm for my slot (they are doing slots during COVID19) and was immediately seen to. Instructions were clear, quick chat and 30 minutes for the two tyre change. Paid by card, wiped the wireless card machine before and after I used it and kept physical distance throughout. I have been using this place for 15 years. Always good service and they never do unnecessary work. For example, my Mercedes dealership told me that my front brake pads were “90% worn.” I bought the pads from Mercedes and took them to Wheelpower to be fitted. I was told that my pads didn’t need changing. Took the car back to Mercedes some 6 weeks later, and was told by them that my front pads were “30% worn.”

Very impressed with the service and advice I was given by Mark and his team. They put on four new tyres on my MK1 MX5, and talked me through what work they had to do for the alignment, whilst also giving me a printout of the before and after readings. After losing faith in my Local wheel alignment specialist who i was using for approx 13 years i decided to give this garage a try based on their other reviews, From the get go they were on ball, offered me free advise over the phone and when that did not resolve my issue, i took the car down on 09/09/2017, as i live approx 14 miles away i arrived nice and early at 7.45am to ensure i was the 1st customer to be seen, my advice to others is to be realistic and plan ahead, as wheel alignment is a skill and different cars take different amounts of time, so don't turn up towards closing time and expect the world to stop for you..... The garage opened promptly at 9am, the owner was aware of my car as i had spoken to him over the phone the day before, after a brief test drive my car was on the ramp and the alignment was underway, after all the machines were hooked up the garage was able to show me on their computer what the previous garage did not align correctly, and the cause of that error was causing the exact problem in the steering i was experiencing. I was feeling overjoyed that i finally found a garage that actually know what they are doing, you have to understand that anyone can purchase these machines but the skill and knowldge is within the person using the machine. Approx half an hour later and my car was of the ramp, i have been driving for 18/19 years and have owned a wide range of cars (approx 40 in total) from a metro to a 320bhp subaru wrx, as soon as i got in the car i literaly drove 100 yards i could feel the change in the steering behaviour, i turned right on the main road and the car was driving perfectly straight, i test drove the car the 14 miles Back to my area and it was perfect, i would 100% recommended this garage. I will be taking my other car for alignment very soon. THANKS YOU VERY MUCH WHEEL POWER ALIGNMENT

Rarely write reviews but having been a WheelPower customer since the '90s, bringing high value, high performance cars (including Audis, BMW X & Ms, RR Sport, daily driver R series Golfs) to Mark and his staff for everything connected to wheels, brakes, exhaust, suspension and more (or just advice, I can only praise the owner, Mark, and his staff thus far. These types of vehicles have to be properly maintained for value retention, performance and safety purposes and most importantly, my young family are transported in them and their safety is paramount. I can honestly say that I have been subjected to nothing but top treatment even if not going ahead to purchase items or services. At the same time I have been happy enough to also recommend WheelPower to friends and family for regular serviceable items to their vehicles (e.g., tyre puncture repairs and replacement, brakes, balancing, tracking...). I would not do so lightly and I have literally never heard a complaint afterwards. They can get very busy due to popularity and customers not adhering to a booking system but everyone seems to be treated equally and fairly and their prices are very competitive as they value your repeat custom and satisfaction. They will listen and offer knowledgeable advice without trying to sell and my alloy wheels have ranged up to 22" and have never been marked from tyre changes or otherwise - Mark and the staff tend to be car enthusiasts and will point out faults you may not even notice. From what I have seen, although not obvious, this company tend to have the latest equipment. I'm something of a perfectionist work in the city and know that I have choices so would not use WheelPower if their service was substandard or they were not prepared to take a second look if there was a query. The queues before they open and the calibre of vehicles brought to WheelPower for their experise speaks for itself and I highly recommend WheelPower without hesitation. Teo
