We were due to go away on holiday and as we were driving out of town we started to experience problems with our car. Not wanting to take any chances we took it to our regular garage for help and identify the problem. Unfortunately in this instance they were unable to assist due to it being a sudden drop in and they were already at capacity with workload. We were directed to HiQ and a mechanic called Fred who might be able to help. When we got to HiQ and explained our situation, the mechanic was incredibly sympathetic to our situation and although they were rushed off their feet with jobs in hand, they took the moment to have a look at the car to see if they could help. After having a quick discussion and a look over the engine the mechanic had an idea of what the problem could be. Thankfully the mechanic was able to fix the issue later that day and was good value for money. They were incredibly caring and did everything possible so we could get back onto the road for our holiday. A big thank you to HiQ and Fred for fixing our car with no notice whatsoever and giving amazing customer service. Would absolutely recommend this garage.

Absolutely brilliant, price checked on Internet was the price charged when I contacted them unlike other tyre suppliers whose price changed by over £70 per tyre for walk ins. Staff were fantastic too, highly recommend.

Brilliant service, had my car MOT done but unfortunately it failed. Jay and Fred made sure I understood what the issue were and carried out the repairs on the same day at a reasonable price! Will definitely be a returning customer!

I use this garage not only for my Mot and servicing, but for my families also. They are nice guys, and don’t rip you off for unnecessary repairs/issues. I’ve bought a new car recently and when they put the 4 new tyres on the gave it a once over to make sure it was safe and all was well. I cannot recommend Jay and Fred enough!

Thank you Fred!! I drove down to the garage to drop my daughter off (who was picking up her car from MOT/repairs). As I was reversing out I could see Fred waving his arms and running towards my car! Turns out I had a main head lamp out. Within a minute or two, the bulb had been replaced and I was on my way! I didn't have a clue so very thankful. I have no hesitation in recommending this garage.

Have just picked my car up from Hiq Maidstone and what a refreshing change it was to be dealt with so professionally. From a female perspective having to take your car for an Mot and service is sometimes daunting but not here ......they guys in here explained everything that was needed to be done and why and had all the repairs and my car back to me serviced the same day and the prices were fab. So glad I found these guys! Was badly let down last minute by MOT /Service Centre I had used for years, with MOT due to run out after the Bank Holiday - so was rather concerned being forced to go elsewhere. Service far better than expected, and much cheaper too. The staff are helpful & friendly and they've a clean reception / waiting area. Is situated on a commercial estate, with easy access. I shall definately be coming back here again, and would highly recommend.

I don't leave reviews but credit where it's due ..... I had recently bought a new car ( mini ) but it let me down on the way home from work and I was left stranded ..I phoned around a few garages to see if they could fit me in at short notice as the AA could not repair at the roadside .. the manager at HiQ Maidstone made everything so easy, as I had an AA brc warranty he helped me understand what had happened and walked me through the warranty process.. kept me up to date with phone calls. The car was completed ahead of time "brilliant" ,,👍.. I will be definitely returning when it needs a service / MOT to see Luke and his team as this is a no-nonsense garage with a friendly and positive attitude thanks again guys..!! :) :) :)

Had some tyres fitted two weeks ago and to my amazement when i looked they had cleaned all the wheels and used tyre shine. Ive never seen these kind of service before. The waiting room is clean and tidy, i manged to have a hot drinks and watch tv. Please lads keep up the hard work
