Professional Service always with a smile. You can trust this guys with your tyres, service or exhaust. I called them on Friday and Saturday afternoon car was ready for collection, after service and exhaust repair. Again, thank you for your quick response and service with a smile :)

Wasn't the best experience I've had here.making the appointment the guy in charge didn't seem very friendly, after I turned him down for a set of 2 tyres... I only needed the One drivers side rear tyre, rest were only 5 months old.. Unfortunately this tyre showing damage around rim. Made appointment for Saturday, arrived on time... Busy.. Which probably why I didn't get the normal run through on what changing tyre would invoked and I wasn't sure if the price of balancing the tyre would be added or was part of quoted price... The same guy was there still not very friendly. Waited hour and half for job be done... Again because of fact they were busy and just 2 them there. Still job was done, car handed back.. Asked if wanted invoice posted, I said take it with me, met with raised eyebrow and shug... I probably go back, I believe in supporting local businesses in area, and I've always used them.. Just wish they would reconigise loyalty.. So slightly underwhelmed by the service this time round, and grumpy guy

For many years l have been using this company, l have been driving for 53yrs. Excellent customer care. The gentleman that helped me with my tyres was very helpful. Within 30mins l was back on the road with 2 new front tyres.

Have been here twice, learnt today they do a service on a car so got a quote which was very reasonable. The man in reception we have met twice, possibly the Manager. I have used Tyre Pros Maidstone on a few occasions since they were recommended to me by a main dealer garage as having some of the latest kit, Once again the staff have been very professional and given great service and offered sound advice. Guys at tyre pros did a great job on my S2000 alignment, it’s a got modified suspension making it a little harder than most but the guys tweaked it a few times until it was spot on

I contacted the Maidstone STS Tyre Pros branch for advice following a knocking noise heard at the rear of my car. I was given a professional opinion of the fault and advised to bring my car into branch for a more in-depth examination. On arrival at this branch the manager and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The manager said he would look over my car, explain the fault to me and the options available to put the fault right. Following his examination, the manager informed me that the offside rear suspension spring had broken. He reassured me that this could be replaced and advised that both rear springs should be changed together. I was also made aware that the front tyres were in need of replacement. He checked parts availability and informed me that he and his team could fit my car in today. I was delighted and agreed for him to continue with this work. The work took less time than I thought and at a reasonable price. Thank you Maidstone branch for your professional customer service and reassurance.

Having just treated myself to a BMW M240i and knowing that Tyre Pro have the Hunter wheel alignment equipment necessary for some high end cars like BMW Audi Mercedes etc.which need camber adjustment on the rear wheels,I thought I would pay them a visit. I was greeted in their lovely warm reception area by Lee Jay and Callum who said that they could do the wheel alignment straight away as I hadn't made a prior appointment. It struck me immediately that this was a clean professionally run outfit with friendly knowledgeable smiling staff who have excellent customer skills which encourage a return visit . I did just that the following day when I met Dylan the Manager to tell them that they had made an excellent job on my wheel alignment. All in all,a great experience and I would recommend a visit to TyrePro for all your wheel and tyre requirements.

Originally went in for a quote for my fronts, later on that day I went ahead with a quote for a full set. Saw a few reviews saying they're pricey but you pay for what you get - top quality tires, great service and done on the day too. Van feels 10x nicer to drive after having them align the fronts with tracking for a bit extra which is a bargain in my eyes for what it's done! Highly recommend..

Really good service on Saturday except the tracking device wasn't working and I couldn't use my service agreement to get my tracking checked with my new tyre. The wife had had one or two problems when she went on Wednesday including not having her space saver not put back in the boot but all credit to Dylan for dropping it off at our home address. She still hasn't had her receipts either. We found this most unusual as we have always been really pleased with the service we received from these lads and we consider this an exception. I have been again today and they were brilliant because they could have replaced a tyre that didn't need replacing. I am really really grateful for the professionalim and honesty they showed me. And I got to book my tracking. Great job lads.

Having used STS Tyre Pros Maidstone twice previously to supply and fit new tyres and been pleased with their service, I booked a free car brake check having been advised at the vehicle's last MOT test that the front brake pads would soon require replacement. Their check confirmed the front pads did need replacement, along with the front disc's. Both were done the next day with no problems at a good price. Their service was excellent. Thanks very much....

Great guys in there. Very honest and will not fill you with rubbish. Went in and said “think I need new front brakes”. They rung me and said your brakes are fine don’t need changing. Now they could of just said new brakes are done. And that is why I use these great guys all the time. Well done.

Just on our way to Wales for a camping trip, one very fully loaded van, canoe on the roof, stop at the petrol station to sensibly put some air in the tyres, only to come across a leaking tyre valve 😱 ....1st port of call, Tyre Pros, and pros you are as well as life savers!!! Sorted us out amazingly and very quickly, can’t thank you enough!!! 😁 Safely back on the road for 10 days of camping, canoeing and let’s hope some more of this glorious sunshine! I cannot praise the Maidstone branch highly enough! It was the end of lockdown and Richard and Dan found out for me why my tyre kept going flat. They went over and above, keeping the tyre and testing it to find the fault. They then fixed it for no fee! I have told everyone I know and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
