These guys were brilliant. I went to two other places and they couldn’t even jack the car up. They were also superb on price. Given they are specialists for these sorts of cars I thought they would be massively expensive. They weren’t, in face they were slightly cheaper than black circles quoted me. Cant recommend these guys highly enough. I won’t take my cars anywhere else now.

I was recommended to Tyrepoint Services by a friend and I was highly impressed by the service I received. On arrival I was shown in to a spotless waiting area and immediately offered a choice of tea or coffee by a member of staff who was genuinely engaging, as were all the staff I met. Great friendly staff. One of the cleanest if the not the cleanest tyre place I have ever seen. Offered a coffee before I even sat down. Came across this place by fluke, was let down by countless other companies that couldn't do the work required as my sports car was "too low" these guys fitted me in while I waited. This is a few months late in writing. However I cannot recommend them enough. I had superb service from tyre point. My tyres were in a appalling state, and they even informed me that I should not drive the vehicle as it was too dangerous to drive, and they were kind enough to run me home. Until I could collect the vehicle the next morning. My tyres and new alloys were fantastic quality, it completely changed how my car drove. Do not hesitate in contacting the amazing father and son team at tyre point, you won’t regret it. 5 star plus!!

Called in again today 30th September to see whether these guys would be able check my tyres on my new Fiesta and for some advice on optimum tyre pressures for full loads. Visited today to get my tyres checked, and was pleasantly surprised with how I was treated from the moment I entered. Upon arrival I was promptly offered a seat in the waiting area with a coffee (I love coffee) by the store manager Ant. I needed two front tyres, which I expected, and had the tracking checked free of charge. Unfortunately the reason for my worn tyres was an alignment issue, which is also another service they offered me for a very reasonable price. Very happy with the service received, cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10 and will defiantly return with the rest of the family cars and friends. Great job thank you very much !!

Staff were really helpful and sourced my tyre days earlier than anyone else. I was treated very politely and staff onsite were very welcoming. The only negative is the signage from Sutton Road to find the garage, it's not very clear and bigger signage with the Tyrepoint logo would help first timers.

Updated for a 2nd time. The Director contacted me and put things right following the problems experienced, for which I am grateful and have increased the rating. Hopefully the problems I experienced won't be experienced by others now. Thanks for contacting me and addressing my concerns. Updated in reaction to the response from the business: Greeted by a friendly older chap, but he disappeared after a while. Had rung the day before to arrange my visit. It was over an hour before anyone offered me a drink. The staff downed tools twice for a significant period to view a car. It was over 2 hours before the alignment was done. The steering wheel wasn't straight and approaching the M25 (on my trip home to North Yorkshire), the car threw some codes and restricted power (wheel position sensor). The off centre steering wheel should have been spotted and dealt with by the technician! Not the best afternoon I've had.... it leaves me with a car that is not functioning correctly. I can confirm it was you. I wasn't offered a drink. Invoice paid at 15:08 22nd Sept.

Brilliant efficient service! I came in with a slow flat that occurred due to my alloys being slightly corroded on the inner lip, they tested and found the leak and fixed that, I then booked for two new front tyres to be fitted the next day, the staff were kind polite and honest, great knowledge and hospitality especially at this tough covid time, I will be using these guys and recommending them from now on!

Have been using Tyre Point for well over a year now and dont go anywhere else. A great team of enthusiasts who are passionate about cars and take great care no matter what car it is. and not to mention very competitively priced! I recently bought 4 tyres and asked them to be fitted onto my alloys that aren't on a car yet. They did that for me and i asked if they could store the wheels for a few weeks which they did, even though it ended up being a couple months! They even went the extra mile and came to me, 6 miles away roughly, and fitted them on my car at my convenience. Really cannot recommend them enough. Work is always appreciated, thank you!

I'd damaged a tyre by running it with too little air because of a leaking wheel rim - they cleaned up the rim at no extra cost over the tyre replacement, and I've not had a problem since. I'll certainly use them again because unlike some they really care about doing a good job instead of just turning a job around as fast as they can. Highly recommended.

Needed two new tyres on my Golf as MOT due next week. I rang around for quotes and Tyrepoint were the best value. The garage is exceptionally clean and organised. Waiting room was also tidy and warm. When I mentioned about my MOT they kindly booked it for me this Friday with another garage that they work with. Also felt safe with the current COVID. Protection measures were in place. Highly recommend. Will be using again and recommended to a friend already today.

Fantastic service. I had been driving with a flat tyre which caused the problems with the balance. Mark the Mechanic was so helpful and showed me the damage caused to the tyre and it wasn't pretty. Excellent service provided by the team @ Tyrepoint yesterday. I called to enquire a set of Toyos and ended up ordering a better set due to Mark’s extensive knowledge and friendly advice. Moreover, after a short chat, I ordered a further 2 sets of Michelins for my other 2 cars. These totally transformed the drive of these cars. Enjoyed the drive home and then took them out again in the evening! Highly recommended and won’t be using anyone else even though they are 25 miles away!

I have used various tyre shops over the years and finding one that is professional and friendly combined with not damaging your wheels or ripping you off is a challenge! Tyrepoint are the exception - Mark, Ant, John & Karl are all so helpful whilst also giving me a great deal numerous times on tyres/tracking and have helped on a variety of bits now on my car. I wouldn't use anywhere else, even if it meant an hour drive to get to their shop I would still go there! Side note if you're lucky you get free biscuits!!

I called a number of tyre specialists before Tyrepoint. All of them wanted to charge me a premium for tyres fitted same day vs their website prices +50%. Not Tyrepoint, their price was as cheap as I could find anywhere online regardless of when I wanted them. I called the guys at Tyre point around 9am and they had a fresh set of tyres on site by midday and fitted in less time than it took to drink the coffee they made me. Sometimes you find a local business that reminds you why its worth looking beyond the top of Google. Tyrepoint are exactly that. I'll be recommending them to all my neighbours and friends. Top job.

I was recommended to use Tyre Point by a friend, they aren't local to me, however, I had a brand new set of wheels that needed rubber and I wanted someone to look after my car as if it were their own. The professional chaps at Tyre Point were exceptional - they treated my MINI like a supercar and I was more than happy to make the 100 mile round trip, so much so I did, two weeks later to have a set of lowering spring fitted - they quoted me a price (out of hours on social media) and I was genuinely delighted to pay exactly that on the day, no nasty hidden costs and all completed in less time than anticipated. If you love your car and want to get work completed by competent capable car enthusiasts I can't recommend anyone else! It's genuinely refreshing to get such good customer service and not pay through the nose for it. Thank you & well done Tyrepoint
