Stranded in Manchester with a puncture and 180 miles from home on a very wet Friday night. These guys came out and sorted it and I was back on the road in just over an hour after I called them. Very professional fitter called a couple of times with updates to confirm he was on the way and his ETA which is really nice when you are stuck in a place you don't know. Highly recommended.

I called AAA tyres after a 4 hour wait with no success for the RAC after I popped my tyre. They arrived 5 minutes less than the promised 40 minutes,, quickly and efficiently changed my tyre for a proper one (The RAC would apparently have given me an emergency tyre on which you can drive 100 miles at 50mph). I rang at approximately 2.10pm today, (Thursday, bank holiday), to ask if someone could come out in emergency to replace my daughters tyre on her car, the man I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and told me he could have someone there in the hour, he took the address and my daughters phone number so that the fitter could contact her on route, the fitter did ring her and gave fantastic service, all in all from the original phone call I made to the tyre being fitted it only took 1 hour. This company was superb and gave a brilliant service, also the price I got was for a remould tyre but he replaced it with a brand new one for same price. What a pity not everyone can give the amazing service AAA Tyres (Droylsden) give. I would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Ordered tyres online through ASDA tyres and this was the closest location that could fit them on a Saturday at short notice. Can't comment on their pricing, but the tyre fitters were pretty efficient and I wasn't left waiting very long. Literally in and out within 20 minutes. I've previously booked timed slots at larger nationwide tyre fitters in the past and been made to wait much, much longer, even though I'd often arrive a few minutes earlier than the time slot I booked days before!

I had a need for a tyre replacement this morning after swerving to miss a car who swayed into oncoming lane and clipped the kerb making a huge cut in the side wall. I had a google and found AAA/RA Tyres who could attend quickly - I paid the fee for a tyre and call out and they made their way round to me. Arrived in the timescale provided.. Jordan completed the job, had me back on the road within 15/20 mins of arriving... Absolutely UNREAL service, reasonable price considering the timescale to get it resolved. Been going to AAA for at least last 5 years with various vehicles. Each time I’ve been treated with utmost professionalism and attention to customer service from Anise ( hope spelling is right !) and the team. Firstly, I apologise for the length of this review, but I wanted to share my situation in the hope that people, like myself, who are not Car knowledgeable and often fear being ripped off, over charged or worried they cannot trust that a Garage are being honest, can find reassurance they way that I did when i recently used AAA. My problem occurred when a DIFFERENT Tyre place (I was unaware of AAA) changed a punctured tyre on my Fiesta, but after this my sensor was damaged and kept flashing up a message saying sensor did not recognise the pressure. After resetting it and monitoring the situation, I wanted this looked at but I was not confident in taking it back to the same tyre place I used. I did not get a great feeling and not being good with Cars, I like to feel I can trust a garage. My wife heard from Social Media that AAA had good reviews and it was within walking distance from my house. I took it in to seek advice and the person that approached me was Adam. I explained things and he agreed to look at this the next day to see what needs doing. He not only fitted me in at short notice, he gave me a rough idea of the price but also said that if he cannot sort the problem then he won't charge me, also will advise me as what to do next. The Car was dropped off and within 30 mins he rang me, letting me know I need a new sensor, which I will have to order. Adam not only did not charge me, but when I collected my Car, he had found me the exact Sensor I needed to order and a few options in case that one wasn't in stock. Adam said that once the sensor comes in then to let him know and I can bring it to AAA and they will sort it for me. Once the sensor came, I contacted AAA and they sorted it the following day for me, at a reasonable price, especially considering I wasn't charged the first time they looked at the Sensor. If, like me, you are not Car knowledgeable and are worried that you will be told things are wrong with the Car, or tyres, but are not sure if that is true, then AAA are a garage I would definitely recommend. I certainly will be using them from now on and I only wish I'd have been aware of them when I needed to replace my tyre a few weeks earlier. I communicated with Adam quite a few times, keeping him updated about the delivery of my sensor arriving, when I might be able to bring it in, etc, then I was messed around by delivery of the item, so I updated Adam again and he was very understanding. When it did arrive, Adam told me to bring it the next morning, which i did and spoke to a different person, who fitted it for me within a couple of hours. Over a 2 week period, I communicated with Adam, as well as 2 other members of staff, including the one that sorted my sensor out and all 3 were great, really friendly but Professional and it was a very positive experience. This was why I felt I had to put on a Review, something I rarely do, because I know there are people out there like me, that want somewhere they trust and feel they are being supported, rather than fear ripped off. Thanks Adam and the team for the support you gave me, you not only fixed my problem with the sensor, but I also felt relaxed and reassured that it was in good hands and I will definitely see you again when I'm in need of new tyres. I know you and your staff might see it as you were only doing your jobs, but to me it was so much more than that because of the way I was made to feel, as well as the excellent job that was done in fitting my new sensor. So many people these days are happy to complain about anything and are quick to post negative things, moan, rant, etc, but I believe that credit should be given to those that deserve praising for positive things also, hence why I have made the effort to write this lengthy review fort AAA. I collected my Car and left feeling like a valued customer, which was a surprising experience from a Garage. I will definitely be taking my business to AAA from now on. I hope this review influences other people to also use AAA, Thank you so much Paul

was in manchester the other day and got a flat so i went to the closest garage i could find which happened to be AAA tyres. my tyres where nearly gone anyway so i told them i need four part worn tyres they got out the four tyres 2 which were michelin the other 2 bridgestone which were in really good condition. i asked him how much ended up spending less then half of what id usually spend at my usual garage. superb customer service top lads definitely gonna come here next time I need tyres
