I have used this ATS Euromaster for the last 5 years, puncture repairs and new tyres. 99% of the time, the service has been brilliant. On the odd occasion,the tyre may not have turned up but I was contacted and re-booked. Paul there has a great customer focus, and a decent sense of humour, especially when he hands you the bill.

Paul Duff I think is the center manager was great, very helpful especially being short staffed he was calm and trying to help as many customers as possible even the ones who had no appointments. I got the AC recharged very efficient very little wait time

Booked my MOT for 11.30am and left by 12.20pm with a smile on my face. Great service from friendly staff. Used Groupon voucher which was super easy and to top it all MOT only costed me £18.49!!!! Will recommend to friends and defo will use this Waterloo Road branch.

ATS are always honest and helpful . If my puncture can be repaired I trust they will say so .I have had times when my exhaust or a tyre was repairable , which leaves me feeling they will never say something needs doing when it doesn’t . They always do their very best to fit you in and get the job done that day if it is possible . Paul and the rest of the team are in a different league for getting jobs done as quickly as they can , even if you arrive in need of a repair just before they are closing . The service is always excellent . I would recommend ATS Waterloo Road over any of the other local similar Tyre , Exhaust MOT , service Centers .

Every single time I've been down, from a car issue to just a service and MOT, they're absolutely brilliant and I can't thank them enough for the service they provide. Quick and responsive service. Was told up-front there would be a wait due to bookings already in the system but I could leave the car with them. Called me when job was done and that was around an hour earlier than expected.

Made an appointment for an air con regas. Mechanics are very friendly & helpful. It took around 45mins to complete & cost £59. I waited while it was done & was provided with a free coffee in the comfortable waiting room. Would use ATS again in the future.

Did my MOT for £17.99 via Groupon, passed with 1 advisory being the front two tyres that are eating on the inner part, was advised to get new ones at some point and also to do the tracking. They also fixed a rattle noise coming from my Air intake box for free. Car is sounding like original again. Will be going back to them again! To note, they have toilet facilities and free hot drinks. Very polite, honest and friendly staff. Need more like them !

Came for a service and MOT. The staff were incredibly polite, the service was very efficient and they were very clear with what I needed to do to pass my MOT and how much it would cost. My car had been shaking at certain speeds prior to the MOT; they explained to me what was causing this and what was needed to fix it, and since then the ride has been much smoother. This was the first time I'd taken a car for an MOT and service and had been worried about being fleeced, but the guys at this Waterloo Road branch were excellent. Would recommend!

Had to get some brackets replaced on my exhaust as it came loose. Very friendly guys, pointed out the issue and showed it to me. Gave the estimated quote on fix which was actually £5 dearer then it worked out to be :) Spoke to then about it in Monday. Car went in on Wednesdays morning and was repaired by lunch time with a 3 year guarantee. Would recommend.
