C. R.I’ve used National for years, and most recently this branch where there are a regular group of guys who know their stuff - Jamal, Jack x 2 etc ….? Used before & will have no hesitation using again - highly recommended, as their customer service is excellent. One point - I hope that they do not become hindered by constraints of their organisation who may, in seeking progress, actually stifle their productivity/service levels.
A. m.Called to take an appointment for an interim service and was answered with friendly and helpful professional. They made sure I know my options on services and payment, they were very quick to complete the task. Will definitely go back and I would surly recommend them.
N. F. B. 3.Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a new tyre and bought one on the National Tyres web site at a very reasonable price. Have used them before and will use them again. Can highly recommend.

First time for me here but will use again in future. Been done over with scams by other small garages over the years. I left there feeling reassured and safe. I feel for these guys working in this cold weather, I could not do it. I offered to get them some nice hot coffees but they politely refused. I appreciate these guys as they help keep our cars on the road and helps us get to where we need to be. work or more importantly home with our families. I think we forget things like that. Let’s try be kinder and more patient to one another, more so in these awful times. 🙏 Thanks guys
C.I went in today and needed a new exhaust and 3 new tyres plus a number of other things too. A quick and reliable service plus a good price for the work carried out. The car was ready in no time. The staff are nice and friendly too and went out of their way to help and answer any questions I had. I also like the 3 year guarantee for the exhaust as well.

A. T.Really helpful when I had a tyre problem recently. They were very busy but sorted it out while I waited. Excellent service.
S. C.After picking my car up late at night from the airport after a holiday, I realised I had a problem with my exhaust. After an overnight hotel stay before travelling 2 hours home I contacted them to see if they could look at my car. This was just after 9, by midday my car had been checked, diagnosed, part ordered and fitted and we were on our way home. I can't thank the staff enough for their prompt, polite and efficient service, despite them being busy, they were great. Thanks again.
B. C.I required an MOT on my Fiat QUBO and the staff were very friendly and even offered to pay for my taxi to take me home after dropping of the car at their garage for pre-MOT check and MOT. I was phoned at home with the faults and agreed a very reasonable price for the repair works. The jobs were done same day and my car ready late afternoon with a successful MOT certificate.
B. S.I can't recommend this garage highly enough. The team here are reliable and so helpful, they explain exactly what the problem is by showing you the fault. Then get parts quickly and fit them even when they are busy. It is wonderful to have a trusted mechanics to look after my car.

R. M. C.Good price, excellent staff, professional fit, but a few minor problems and a longer wait than advised when another tyre was required, however quite a good tyre place that I have used in the past.
M.Identified the air value was faulty when trying to take off the air cap which was stuck. They replaced the air value for me there and then even though it was late in the day. Did not even charge me for it. I have been here a few times and the team are always helpful, efficient and happy to help. Great customer service as always!

A. M.Finding a Garage with such Enthusiasm and Drive to Complete the ‘Customer Experience’ is by far like finding a needle in a haystack! But this garage, you can’t fault the team efforts and the clear happy vibes that bring out the brighter side of a Car expense. Went in today, small and insignificant leak from my tyre, well I thought :/ But the lads in here found that I was actually running close to the legal limit on both my tyres and Brakes. I was even shown around my car and clearly demonstrated to what the issues were and I felt no pressure to buy, which after previous experiences was a massive relief.
As a busy and long travelling driver I appreciate road safety and these lads clearly know there stuff! I can’t thank them enough for there service, price and general restoration of faith in garages that employ the right people instead of cowboy sales men. Again thanks and will be recommending to all that require car work in the near and distant future.
A special thanks to, and I apologise for not remembering your names, but the 2 young lads who made my day so simple! I will be back to personally show my appreciation in the near Future! Keep up the great work!
H. S.Great helpful staff that go that extra mile. I went in today with an exhust issue that was sorted right away. The prices are better than Halfords etc but can be trusted unlike some small independent garages near by. I'll be going for my next tracking, tyres and balancing and you should too.
C. S.Was driving into the fuel station next to the garage and a guy knocked on my window to let me know that my tyre was completely flat. I got out and realised he worked at National tyres and auto care so I went inside. Within an hour and a half they had completely replaced it. Was quoted £106 but when I came to pay, he said it was only £92 (or something like that) as the previous quote was for a different sized tyre. So was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they complete the job so quickly, but they pointed out the issue when I was driving past and considering they were so busy, I was really pleased they fit me in. I'll definitely go to them again.

D. C.Took a flat tyre for repair.They checked it and advised me the tyre was ok but the valve was faulty so they replaced the valve,put the tyre back onto the car and checked all my other tyres.All this then said 'No charge'.

I posted a review a few weeks ago and in fairness I am posting again to praise the service.
My daughter had a leaking front tyre which was under inflated and called in to ask for it to be checked.
The tyre was removed and checked
and no puncture was revealed
The problem was the seal between the tyre and the rim of the alloy wheel.
A compound was applied and the tyre refitted and inflated.
To date no leaks
And to be fair NO CHARGE.
I think she may have been recognised from the earlier visit
But in any event it was a welcome gesture of goodwill and a demonstration of how to win back customers
