L. D.I had a complete puncture. I was stranded in a car park during rush hour and RAC were taking forever! I phoned as they were nearby and was told that they would come straight to me (5 min walk for them). The tyre was inflated temporarily so I could drive to their garage. They replaced tyre within 15 mins. Saved the day!
