Popped in on the off chance of getting my tyre looked at thought I had a slow puncture. Unfortunately had a small crack in my alloy wheel. They pointed me in the right direction for getting this fixed. They put my spare on for me...they did not charge me for this. Went back later that day after wheel repair and they were fantastic. Fitted me in straight away to put tyre back on the rim and back onto the car. Super bunch of people, very friendly and helpful would highly recommend these guys.

Went in with no appointment for a slow puncture repair. Fitted me in 2 hours later, when I returned it turned out there was no puncture, something to do with a valve, but an easy fix so no charge. Polite, helpful and courteous staff - thoroughly recommend!

I took my car to national last week as I was knew something was wrong with my exhaust. I needed a new part which they ordered in straight away, which arrived within 30 minutes. The part was fitted and my car was ready to go within 2 hours. The prices are incredibly reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even made me a cup of tea while I waited. I would higher recommend going to national who have always welcomed me with excellent customer service.

A tyre on my garden trolley punctured.Despite all my efforts I could not get the wheel off.I visited a couple of tyre fitters to see if they could help to get the wheel off and inner tube out.Both just refused to look at the problem as it was an unusual request.Went to National Tyres and encountered Keith who took the time and trouble to help me and he quickly got the wheel off and tube out.Cant thank him enough and certainly recommend using them as not only are they very professional but helpful and cheerful.

Great service here today. Left Kwik Fit as the wait was too long, and they hadn't kept my details from yesterday's visit - very poor. At National Tyres my car went straight on the ramp. I was promised the exhaust part would be delivered and fitted within the hour, and it was. Staff helpful & courteous. All round great experience, top job.

I booked an appointment online for front wheel tracking, turned up at the appointment time and they began work right away. On the ramp they discovered that one of the track rods was seized and couldn't be adjusted, but they politely offered to try again at no extra charge once I sort out the issue and bring it back to them. I was able to sort the problem at home and bring the car back to them the following week, and within 30 minutes the work was complete. However, the steering was still slightly off-centre possibly due to the new track rods needing a few miles to settle in, but they were happy to make it right even if it required a third try. After another brief visit, the tracking is now spot-on, and I couldn't be happier. I applaud these guys for their patience and willingness to get the job done right. I didn't have to pay any extra despite my multiple visits, and I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

I visited within my allotted time and recevied an excellent fitting service plus wheel alignment. Fantasic Service! Couldn’t recommend enough! Came down from Leeds to visit my family in Bletchley and my rear tyre went. Went to Formula One first, which is round the corner and their customer service was terrible and they couldn’t be bothered to even come to the sales desk. Pulled up here and the guys were so polite and helpful and changed my tyre and valve in less then 15 mins. Considering it was a Sunday and not many places open,I cant thank them enough. Thanks Guys!

Excellent. Called in on the off chance of getting 2 new tyres and wheel allignment. A hort wait and job sorted. When ever I have needed a tyre change have had to wait a day for them to acquire my tyre. Not here, they had them in stock. Very reasonably priced too. 10/10.

Professional team. The chaps put a couple of tyres on my car recently - pleased with the service. A few weeks later one of them started leaking on the rim, which is just one of those things. Took the car back in and they carried out a thorough inspection of the tyre in question, identified the problem and fixed it - no charge. Good customer service.

I last used tyres on the drive and found that my steering wheel shook at 70 miles an hour. This they put down to unable to balance them due to the type of wheel it is. However got my tyres done here and although they had the same problem. My wheel is smooth. Thank you

Moved up from Orpington recently. I always used Kwikfit back in Kent.My neighbour suggested National tyres in Bletchley when I mentioned I needed two front tyres etc The neighbour said that he ALWAYS used that branched because how professional and courteous they were.Well I was really happy with the service and the costs. I was served on the day of visit by the Apprentice and I cannot praise him enough with the way he dealt with me . My wife will need in the new year some tyres I know where we are going many thanks National tyres
