Highly Recommended, you will get honest and down to earth advice. The team do not force you to replace anything that does not need to be replaced. Always the best service over many years of going to The Garage. My advice would to be to ring first and get an appointment, they are very good so are usually very busy. By making an appointment you won't be disappointed and will get the best service.

Amazing service, just had 2 tyres fitted and the front wheels aligned. There was damaged to the hubs, hub thread and the wheel nuts, they sorted the lot on site! Jason is legend, did all the work on the van. Very Highly recommend you get your work done here!!!

As a woman who’s never been to a garage on her own, I bit the bullet and took my car in for 2 tyres today. I took my car in today to have it’s brake pads changed. Before doing any work on the car they said they’ll have a quick look and see what needed doing. Turns out that after some looking into I needed all my brake pads and discs changed ... they gave me a call to inform me ... but being that I had not long purchased the car they told me to contact the dealer to see if they could help me rather than pay out for all the extra costs with themselves! They didn’t charge me for looking at my car and were really helpful with explaining what I needed next! Thanks guys much appreciated 5* service! Great garage 🙂

Excellent service. Great team of guys! Really helpful. Took my car in at short notice to check squeaky breaks. Needed new rear breaks and two new tyres. Was advised to source my own breaks to keep the car as standard and they fitted for me. Managed to purchase the wrong breaks 🙈 was lent the company car to go and swap them over whilst taking up one of their ramps. To the two chaps in the front reception: I'm terribly sorry I interrupted your long banter and laughing chat by being a waiting customer. I'm sorry I didn't know where the MOT area was. I'm sorry I obviously was a nuisance. To the men in the MOT reception, both on dropping off and picking up the car: I guess you are not into polite conversation. Sorry that my attempt to be nice, polite and engaging fell on deaf ears. Sorry you didn't feel the want not need to engage, make a customer feel valued or welcome. Eye contact nor a smile needed, nor received. I'm sorry I bored you with querying a potential quote. I'm sorry I irritated you when you turned your back and I had to ask if I was done. I've had worse service but I've most definitely had better. During the height of covid and lockdown, the chap at the main reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. My car checks to be able to safely get to work - NHS frontline so this kindness went a really long way - helped ease other stress. His professional approach seems to have been an individual exception sadly. I'm very disappointed with the level of personable and professional attitude today. Thankfully my little car passed but I will be going elsewhere in future for the advised work. We drive on and away. Regretfully.

Prompt helpful service. The helpful man behind the counter ordered the tires I requested and called me later the same day when they were in. I Turned up the following day without phoning ahead and despite being busy they fitted me in and had tires fitted wheels ballanced and tracking adjusted in no time. Even advised that I didn't need 4 tires as the rear tires had reasonable life left and advised I only have the 2 fronts fitting despite having ordered 4 in at my request. Great service great price, I won't be going anywhere else for tires now.

I Ordered my tyres on Sunday, they were there on Monday and were fitted in 40 mins when I dropped the car off. Tyres were competitively priced with a good range of different quality tyres available. I asked for the rear tyres to be swapped out to the front and they did that without any fuss, where previously Black circles refused to provide this service. I noticed the garage has a courtesy car available which is a useful option. Very happy with the service, thanks!

Couldnt get an appointment at Kwik Fit, as usual they are busy. Found the Garage through google and I am happy I came here. Excellent professional service by Wayne who is the manager. He was not trying to cross sell anything. Just simply fix the issue. the lads at the garage was also very approachable. I left my SUV at their place overnight and it was very safe. Will always go back. they even offered to fit a rim for my spare tyre if I got one on eba. Exceptional, very rare these days.

Just took in a 2000 VW polo for a new driverside lock and service being a little concerned that the MOT wasnt the best after buying it second hand. As expected The Garage contacted me about a number of problems that would need attention. I wont bore you with the list but it was extensive, they checked with me over everything they were finding and if I was happy for the work to be done throughout the day, which I thought was really good customer service. Picking the car up I was amazed, it drives better than I could have ever expected. My nephew recommended the garage so I took the car to have two new tyres. Jason asked me straight away to put car in bay 2 and within 5 minuets his guys were on it. They gave me 3 prices economy, midrange are premium, which I found very helpful to make decision. Everything was fitted within 30 minuets max. The guys are great with waiting customers, and their children, they supplied pens and paper for the kids to keep them amused and interacted with them. Also drinks machine and tv in reception. Had a full service at this place and they done my glowplugs without charge as I wasnt happy with work as long as i supplied. Many companys that do that i highly recommend and will be a returning customer. how ever my dad went in for a mot and turns out it failed on callipers and horn. they did work to the car and said the fuse was replaced and still didnt work. we took elsewhere to find out the fuse was completely took out. I have no idea on why they would say this but needed the car.

James at 'The Garage' couldn't have been more helpful. I live in Coventry and work in Milton Keynes. I suffered a pot hole blow out. With a space saver wheel fitted to my front drivers side and the prospect of driving home down the A5, M1 & M6 home from Milton Keynes (The incident occurred late in the afternoon) James offered to collect some tyres for me from his tyre distributor (I replaced the damaged one and the other front tyre as well). The 2 daily scheduled delivery's from the tyre distributor had already taken place. He organised the fitting for me with his team and I was on my way again before 5PM. This is Customer Service at its best. He even allowed me to pay for the 2 tyres on separate Invoices so I can have an attempt at getting the local authority to cover the cost of the damaged tyre due to the pothole.

The garage is the only place I trust to take my car. For a long time I struggled to find a garage I trusted. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. They are always honest and I have never felt ripped off. An example was when my husband came in with a slow puncture, we thought we would have to replace the whole tyre but they told us there was no need to do this and filled the tyre which saved us alot of money. I am sure any other garage would of changed the tyre to get extra money. Even when it is so busy there is always someone to help! I will always come back to the garage!

Our car broke down on the M54 on our way to North Wales. We had to stop in Wolverhampton and called the garage first thing Monday morning. It was dropped of by the rcovery firm and before we had even arrived they were working on it. Mr Dillon Snr then offered us a coffee after which he dropped us in town until the car was ready. Great crowd of guys who I can't recommend enough. If we lived closer we would certainly take all the family cars there. And by far the cheapest bill I've had for work on my car in a long time. The initial service & MOT was fine. It passed but there was an advisory saying the clutch was slipping. On returning a couple of days, to book it in, I was told it was too big a job, they didn't know when they could book it in as it was more profitable to do smaller jobs, and I might need to find another garage!!!! Shocked to say the least. A return call was promised which never came.
