Helpful, patient and courteous in the extreme and all at a very reasonable price. Must be one of the best in the business. The best in my experience of 33 years driving anyway. Due to the company tradecars4sale not being honest about the car we bought and not willing to repair our car. But these guys know exactly what was wrong with the car. I've been using the guys at Premier for 5 years now. My last visit they went above and beyond. My clutch had gone which had caused a few other issues. It was going to be costly but fortunately I had some cover with an added vehicle cover company. They were not playing ball but Steve from premier got it sorted. He was calling them on my behalf taking time out fo his day just to try and get it over the line for me. Thank you Steve!
p.My girlfriend took her car in for her window wipers, turned out it was just a blown fuse so they replaced it and didn’t even charge her anything. Won’t be going to any other garage in the future.

M. J.Just been to have two tyres, rear brakes, and alignment done. Very reasonable pricing and they are ready to listen to what you have to say. But I noticed inconsistency in customer treatment -- Picasso had a paper to protect driver's mat, mine did not. When i collected it, the ECU socket cover was not put back, the clip for fuse was on passenger's mat. I didn't pay a premium, but only asked for fair and equal treatment.
