Professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I went after work and was seen straight away. I explained I had a flat tyre in the boot and wasn’t sure if it was salvageable but was happy to have it replaced. They examined it and told me it could be repaired, so I went ahead. I am so happy with their service, they explained what had happened to my tyre and fixed it. They would not put it on the car until tested thoroughly and if I was happy with the results (which I was). The price was fair and honest and they accept contactless pay (which for me is a pleasant bonus) and the time frame was incredibly efficient, I was barely there 25 minutes. All mechanics were professional and courteous and the workplace was dedicated and focused. I will definitely use again and recommend.

On holiday in the North East we experienced an issue with a noisy wheel. The AA located and removed a stone and advised that wheel nuts should be re-tightened within 30 miles. Also, having just bought the car a week ago from a main dealer I was concerned when the AA guy said the bolts were worryingly loose on that wheel. Westerhope Tyres checked and tightened ALL wheel nuts within 5 minutes of our arrival (they were all loose) and refused to take any payment at all. The guy who did it was superb and very professional. Stuff like this restores your faith in human nature - THANK YOU !!!!

Went with a slow puncture in one tyre and were happy to show me the cause (a nail near the shoulder) and that they had also discovered significant rubber cracking around the tyre. I asked for them to check all 4 tyres as they were a similar age. They found the same cracking on the opposite side, but not as bad on the front two. I asked them for guidance on options and they gave a useful and seemingly honest appraisal, how long they might last. I got the two worst tyres replaced, no pressure from them to choose any option, just a recommendation to replace the one with the puncture. A decent pair of replacement tyres for a decent price.

Nice workshop. User friendly online booking system--no need to register, no phone calls, neither credit card infomation. Very efficient tyre-changing service: ~30 min waiting time then job done and drive away. Highly recommended.

This is a great garage, always busy but very efficient. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Took car in and they diagnosed problem and fixed it within three hours!! Not easy during lockdown for anyone especially when you live in a remote area. They are the best!! Thank you all!!

Popped in for a replacement tyre - they were really friendly and had me sorted out in no time. Discovered my wheel nut was missing (thanks kwik fit) and they had no bother helping out with a replacement so the work could be done. Price was really reasonable - couldn’t fault them.

Good value but wheel rims were scuffed / chipped after tyre change. They insisted this was pre existing damage but obviously done taking the old tyres off. £170.00 to get them powder coated. ☹️

Called in to have tyre replaced after getting told by the dealership who serviced my car that my tyre had a screw wedged in it and could not be repaired. Fitter said it could be repaired and did do can't fault there service, honesty and workmanship spot on guy's. Like to add took my sons van in for a service,MOT,and 4 new tyres great service and good price in a couple of months its going to need a new clutch it will be going there to have this done..
