Amazing service from start to finish. Had a tyre blowout and desperately needed my car today. AJ and his fitter arrived within 10 mins of me ringing them, talked me through everything they were doing and offered much needed advice for future service. Would definitely recommend these guys. Had a really bad tyre blow out whilst on the way to a shoot on the M4. Called up Ace tyres in quite a frantic manner and they literally came to my rescue within half an hour. I really appreciated their efforts to save me money and their timely response! They explained everything as it went along and I couldn't have asked for better service 🙌 thank you again!

Would 100% recommend!! Absolutely saved me, far from Newport and late in the day.....puncture!! They came as quick as they could (around 50 mins). Fantastic customer service from AJ and his quiet colleague who just cracked on with the job. Even gave the rest of the car a look over! Didn't even know that's part of the service. Yea the call out charge was a little pricey, but it was over 30 miles from their garage and it was out of hours so was a fair price. The price of the tyres was very reasonable, and I'll be using them next time I need new tyres. Thanks for rescuing me!!!

I was in a sticky situation, puncture last thing on a Saturday, rang them and they told me to come down, was straight in and tyre changed in 5 minutes. Excellent tyre at an unbeatable price too. I was expecting to pay at least 50% more than I did. Really friendly guys there too. Will be recommending to everyone I know!

Recently stuck on my driveway with a flat tyre and faulty tyre valve. Unable to drive anywhere to get it repaired. Called a few tyre depots who were unable to help. Quick telephone call to ACE Tyres and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Their repair truck arrived within 45 minutes and a temporary tyre valve was fitted and a puncture repaired within half an hour! What a fantastic service offered by this company - superb customer service which these days is quite hard to find. Rapid response to fix my tyre problem at a very reasonable cost. I will certainly use this company again in future. Thanks for helping me out!!
