Fantastic staff. Great prices and brilliant service. Went to take the car for tracking..cost £30..it didn't take long but when leaving, the tracking still wasn't right so they did an inspection as to why they couldn't line things up and have informed me of the issue. They were all incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend these to others .

Great service today at Discount Tyres - went there after an advisory from an MOT a month ago and was told that I still had enough tread on tyres for a month. Went back today and had 2 tyres changed - tyres were really badly worn on the one side and the lads had the patience to explain why and what needed to be done. Also offered a tyre pressure check and oil and water check before I drive to Scotland next month - great customer service

My tyre had a slow puncture, went to Bathwick tyres Corporation Road after checking they said tyre needs to be replaced as it’s not repairable. Went straight to Discount tyres they repaired the tyre puncture in 15 min and I was ready to go. Next time I came here to replace two tyres with the new ones. Excellent service, very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fab service from Discount Tyres Usk Way Newport Gwent. I had a puncture. ..which when pumped up...went straight back down...telephoned Discount Tyres and they came straight away and fitted two tyres because the other one needed replacing anyway. went for tyre alignment, also for front goodyear tyres. Competetive prices and fast services. It took less than 1 hour to do both jobs, fitter was ok and polite, also you dont need to wait 2-3 days like some other high street garages to book appointments. 1* less for office guys that ignored my hello and good bye, felt a bit stupid for that, people should have some basic manners specially when you use their services
