No complaints about the service , but would recommend people buy the tyres on there web site and then get them to fit them . Apparently it can be cheaper

My alternator failed on the Friday afternoon. A new one was fitted by 16:00 the following day! These guys did me a good turn during a busy day and it's not the first time. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable business.

Really excellent service. I had an uneven tyre wear problem with my car. I could have been sold me any amount of parts and labour, but everything was explained to me and I was given the options available, with no pressure, including just walking away with no charge for the investigation. Their prices are extremely competitive and the quality of the parts, workmanship and warranty on the work done, does bring peace of mind. I felt very let down by the people who normally look after my car, and will, as far as possible, use this garage in the future.

Excellent, quick service and friendly. We had a flat tyre which the AA sorted out temporary and suggested we went to National Tyres as they were just around the corner. We had no appointment, it was a Saturday afternoon and they squeezed us in and got us sorted. Thanks guys hope you enjoyed the Toblerone. It was just a shame the pub next door was closed!

After being let down by a different garage, these guys did a great job. They were organised, efficient, communicated well with me so I was kept informed with prices and works progress, and had the car ready when they said they would. They also have a 0% interest finance option to spread the cost which was a godsend.

On the last day of our holiday, we noticed that the laminate on our tyres was peeling away, with all the driving we had done on the bumpy national trust roads. With only a few hours till our ferry we called up this garage and were well looked after from the start. They replaced 4 tyres in under one hour. Would definitely recommend.

I took my car here as I had managed to run over a large screw. Having come here on a recommendation I was not quite pleased with my overall service. Whilst the screw was in a location that couldn't be repaired (and I'd need a new tyre), I was disappointed with the suggestion that my front tyres needed replacing. Having checked them myself there was plenty of tread left. I understand the add-on sales that they need to do, but the suggestion that my tyres were almost unsafe was a bit far-fetched. On a positive, they get the job done well, but be warned: it's a first-come first-served place so there can be long waits at busy times of the day.

I had 2 new tyres fitted ready for my car's mot test & service was excellent. Quick,efficient & very easy to arrange via Tyreshopper.Unfortunately,I then I had a puncture 2 weeks later (not in the new tyres) so had that repaired at N.T.S aswell-once again ,quick & efficient-couldn't fault the service,particularly from Conan,who was an extremely helpful & courteous member of a great team! This place cant do lwb vehicles..but you book in pay online and wait 25 mins in reception before they tell you they cant do it...then its down to you to chase head office for a refunds..thats after all the hassle.nightmare
