B. I.I booked my car for an annual MOT test, using an excellent Groupon discount voucher. The staff at the garage were friendly and helpful. They completed the MOT promptly and gave me the pass certificate. I thought that was the end, but I received a 'health check' report for my car by email this evening. Thank you, ATS Euromaster, Northampton staff.

H.Difficult to rate this as been twice, first time good friendly helpful service and very efficient, second visit most unhelpful and obstructive person you could imagine in a customer service based environment, my car was booked in with a time and I had the booking receipt on my phone (all prepaid) they said they had no booking and were too busy to do it. They did eventually change their mind when I insisted on talking to their operations manager there and then. Didn't feel comfy with them doing things to my car after a very heated discussion.
J. M.Kettering branch couldn't fit me in for a new wiper blade as late in the day - but the chap kindly rang Darren @ Northampton who got me in there for 8.30am even though they were also quite busy. Friendly service and listening to the other customers that have been in this morning these boys know their stuff. Well done ATS on your excellent customer service.
B. T.Been here today to get my tyres changed and alignment done. Both Darren and Hassan was super helpful and they even showed me how worn my tyres were, also advised me on break pads and showed it clearly how close it is to be changed. Gave me a quote as well for the break pads. Even showed me how to claim the Amazon cards as part of Michelin promotion. Recommend anyone to use ATS service. A very happy customer!!
S. K.Appointment slots are readily available. Service is great. Price is competitive. I would happy to go there again. Attaching a bill for coil spring work on a Mercedes C180 hopefully that helps guage their labour rates and costs.

Y.Tried to book online but the system was down which disappointed me as I got a fantastic quote for two front tyres. However I phoned ATS kingsthorpe and they agreed to match the online price. Arrived early but was made comfortable and work carried out very quickly and efficiently. Was given a free wheel alignment and staff suggested that I did not need to pay to have them aligned as they were ok , I appreciated their honesty. All in all I was extremely happy with ATS and will definitely use them again.

A. K.Great bunch of guys. Darren was a star today. Turned up with a puncture, no fuss, car straight in the workshop, wheel and tyre off, puncture repaired wheel back on, on my way again in 20 minutes.
As a duty of care I was made aware my front tyres were close to the limit (which I kinda knew) but again with no fuss, two phone calls made and the tyres were ordered.
4.5 months ago I had an new Middle Section of Exhaust (inc. a Flexi pipe) fitted at an ATS whilst in Birmingham and fortunately kept the receipt as yesterday I noticed that it was again blowing.
This morning I phoned ATS at Northampton who in spite of being very busy asked me to bring the car in. They immediately ordered a replacement as the flexi pipe had developed a hole and clearly the manufacturers had not made it very well. They soon had it fitted and it was all done under the 2 year warranty.
I was very fitter of the new exhaust and also with the Manager and would certainly use ATS at Northampton again.

P. W.ordered a pair tyres on line to fit alfa romeo ordered speed rating w but was told by manager that they should be y and told they would not fit them and would refund money to my card and i would then be able to re order as w tyres are good to 168mph i find this hard to understand and think that they would have been ok.
