I dont go very often but it is always courteous so i keep going - for around 20 years now! well recommended.

Had brakes and handbrake done, took a little longer due to locking nuts but all sorted with minimum fuss and only a little extra on the price. Excellent customer service and knowledge from Trevor and the team with open & fair pricing. Been going here since moved to Northampton and will continue to do so. Went in for tracking and wheel balancing to look at a problem I had noticed with vibration and juddering. The friendly and professional staff assessed the car and fixed the issues while I waited all in one hour as promised. Very reasonable costs too and the offer of a free recheck after 100 miles to see that everything is still OK.

Never thought I'd find a garage where I felt I could trust them to keep me updated and explain different options and not just choose the most expensive. They were really great as we were travelling to visit a poorly family member and had a problem with our car we just popped to see if they could look at it they were really busy but they were really great and looked at car checked it all over to make sure it was safe to carry onwards journey.
