Excellent, friendly, efficient, service. After suffering a puncture on our way to the Norfolk Coast, found HMT to be open at 7am on a Saturday. The manager sorted out replacement tyres with their stockists, he then drove over to their stockist to collect them and we were back on the road at 8.30am. The tyre price was very reasonable too.

Took my scooter in here for 2 new tyres and fitting. Competitive price quoted and honoured. There was even a small extra problem with one of the wheels which the young mechanic Harry sorted out for me. Excellent friendly service and a quality job done. Highly recommended.

I took my car to HMT for the first time last week for an MOT and was pleasantly surprised with how good they were with me. A young man called Harry that took care of me was very professional, straight forward, and really went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of. A nice refreshing change from most of the other garages that i'v taken my car to in the past, and I found them very trustworthy and efficient. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone. So keep up the great work Harry and the team, and i will certainly be bringing my car to you in the future!

I got a nail in my motorcycles tire, everywhere was booked for two weeks solid HMT only had a weeks delay (motorcycle tire fitter was on holiday, can hardly fault them for that, every one needs a holiday!) They allowed me to bring it in that day as I was concerned the tire would go flat in the mean time. The same day the fitter got back from his holiday they had it all done and dusted! New tire is 100% nail free, seems to do what a tire needs to do...I mean not sure how you test that other than my bike works lol. They charged less than Tinkler's did last year (man I am unlucky with nails and tires!) Staff are friendly, prices are good, work is done with speed. Highly recommended, will be using them again when I get my next tire dwelling nail.

Have used this garage for my cars and motorbikes to get tyres replaced multiple times. This garage isn't the most local to me, however I am willing to travel as they have always benlen helpful and stock/can supply a wide range of tyres for different vehicles. The ability to get tyres ordered, and booked in has been simple either by phoning or online and generally you can get booked in quite promptly. Sometimes I have managed to get in on the day, but you could end of waiting for space between other customers. Good local place. Can't comment on the competitive price aspect as I haven't really compared.

I've used HMT twice in the last couple of months (for 2 different cars) and I found the online booking system to be simple to use and their tyre prices to be very competitive. Both times I just booked online the day before, turned up within the allotted time and had the tyres on the car within 30-45 minutes. The staff were also very polite, which is not always the case in garage environments. Keep up the good work guys!

These guys are just excellent, very experienced and knowledgeable with motorbikes. Great prices and friendly service too. Fast and efficient service. I have only ever used HMT for fitting and balancing tyres which I've provided but they've provided a great service every time I've been, for a very reasonable price. They also have a hunter 4 wheel laser alignment system for perfect alignment, which used to be hard to come by in Norwich.

Been using my local branch for several years. My old BMW twin cylinder motorcycle can only take a very limited number of tyres. They got one in for me next day. They fitted the tyre with new inner tube; balanced the wheel and disposed of the old tyre for not much more than I could get just the tyre delivered to me from an online supplier. Really good value.

Its a good business, its AA recommended, there's a waiting area at the place and drive facilities available also near by is B&M & KFC. They do a good job at a good price.. And amazingly they get you in extremely quickly !

Paul and his team are the cheapest in the city. They are always busy which really should be all the testimony you need, but while they may be busy, they are always generous with their time to give help and advice and make sure you get the right product. I really wouldn't bother going anywhere else.

Know what they're doing with motorbikes. Open from 7am on a Saturday so you don't loose any of the day. Prices are good and usually have most tyres in stock - if not, they get the tyres you want in fast. Best place for motorbike tyres in Norfolk.

Engine warning light came on in my car, roadside recovery couldn't fix it Friday and suggested that it should be towed to a garage. Called HMT first thing this morning, spoke to Ben and he said he could look at it this morning. Recovery came and picked up my car, Ben and the guys at HMT got it repaired and ready for collection by 1pm.
