N. G.Whilst on holiday my discovery 4 developed a fault causing restricted power, I rang a couple of garages but all they could do was book me in for a weeks time to look at the problem.
I then rang JSF 4x4 and spoke to Simon, he asked me a few questions and suggested that if I could get the vehicle to him he would take a look.
On arriving and speaking to Simon, he took a look but nothing obvious stood out to be wrong.
He then plugged in his diagnostic machine and run some tests, again nothing to pin point my problem.
After a road test to see for himself the issues I was having, he suggested replacing a pair of sensors as his experience told him that was likely to be the fault.
Hey presto all fixed 5 stars for outstanding customer service
Thankyou JSF and a big THANKYOU to Simon you really don’t know how daunting the thought of having to get my car and caravan recovered back home was.
