This is the second time I’ve needed to use Pure Tyre, once for a flat battery and this time for a punctured tyre. Both times they were totally reliable and very reasonably priced. They came to my place of work, collected the key from Reception, replaced the tyre and sent me photos of what they’d done. I’d paid in advance but they would have refunded part of the cost if the tyre was able to be repaired. Completely hassle-free. They did the job they promised to do, unlike another company that kept me waiting over 24 hours! Highly recommended.

The most amazing tyre fitting service. Stuck on the A11 at 7am on a Saturday. The AA were going to be 3 hours. Called up John, and he was there within 35 minutes and had me back on the road with a new tyre within the hour. Such a happy and cheerful guy too!

Saturday afternoon, 100 miles from home, pouring with rain, a howling gale and a flat tyre. What more could a girl want? Very quick service. Clear and easy to use WhatsApp. The mechanic also spotted wear on my break pads which I'd paid to be replaced less than 6 weeks before do I can go back to the service provider and enquire why the work was not done. Very impressed with the service received. They were very polite and professional when arranging the tyre fitting over the telephone. I had ordered two new tyres from a separate company but Pure Tyres can also supply and fit if required. Booking was made for Tuesday, received a phone call on Monday to see if I was available as John was passing the area. Super efficient organisation. We had a rear brake issue. The young lady at the end of the phone arranged for John the the senior mechanic to come and assess the problem. She then arranges for the parts to be supplied and a suitable time for John to come back and expertly fit them. After a Google search and calls to a couple of companies who couldn't come out for 4 days, I contacted Pure Tyre. Called Pure Tyre, spoke to a very nice and helpful lady (sorry I don't know your name) who helped me look into the tyre and find the information she needed, and within half an hour of calling, a gentleman (forgot to ask his name) arrived to change the tyre. He tried to see if it could be fixed but the tyre was too old for that, so he replaced it then and there. He also answered all of my questions and walk me through the work done. I have just had John from Pure Tyre fit and supply a brand new battery to my car. All the other companies I called were much more expensive and I had to somehow get the car to them. Pure Tyres provides the service at your home, so this was perfect as the car did not start. I called Saturday morning and was told that it would be possible to come out that same day. I have now had the fortune/misfortune (misfortune due to the roads of Norfolk!) to use the services of Pure Tyres on 5 separate occasions over several years now and can honestly say I will not go anywhere else for tyres. From the professionalism of the call handler with an estimate of time to the actual tyre change the service is friendly and at a very reasonable price. They even included a tracker on the last change so I could see where the van was and follow his progress. They really go the extra mile (unlike my car when it hits a pothole!). Arrived at a hotel in Norwich at 7pm for a meeting the following day and sustained a punctured sidewall. Called Pure Tyres in a panic after finding them through a Google search and was informed that they could supply and fit a matching tyre first thing in the morning. Contacted Pure Tyre today as had a puncture upon arriving at work. Was given a choice of tyres and was subsequently called when they were on the way to my work place to finalise meeting details. Tyre changed, all other tyres checked and pressures adjusted accordingly and advice given without the ‘hard sell’. Phoned them on Friday as the garage had informed me existing wheel fitment was verging on dangerous. Came the next day at stated time to swap the tyres over onto a new set of wheels. Following this I found there to a noise coming from the rear wheels, this turned out to be from the new locking nuts I'd provided to them, however returned to help me diagnose and rectify the issue as soon as possible FOC. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.
